To Fail Foward, You've got to Wake Up!

If you stay on the failure freeway long enough, you eventually slow up. It's almost similiar to what happen on the several tasks which you unable to work with and out of your ability. Shall you give up easily? And that's reality when a lot of people simply give up. Personal growth expert Paul J.Meyer says, "Ninety percent of all those who fail are not actually defeated. They simply quit."

There's really only one solution to stay away from failure freeway, and that's to wake up and find the exit. Never ever quit without trial and error. This is truly embarrassing when you realized at the end of the day. Before you are remaining the similiar failure freeway, you should leave the road of continual failure, a person must first utter the three most difficult words to say: "I was wrong."

You must to open your eyes, admit your mistakes, and accept complete responsibility for your current wrong actions and attitudes. Every failure you experience is a fork in the road. It's an opportunity to take the right action, learn from your mistakes, and begin again.

The battle to Act

I read an article last weekend, it basically really make sense for everyone of us in our life. Hopefully it certainly can helps when you are facing any setbacks in near future.

The Battle of Act:
We hear it almost everyday: Sigh, Sigh, Sigh.

I just can't get myself motivated to..{ lose weight, test my blood sugar, etc}. And we hear an equal number of sighs from diabetes educators who can't get their patients motivated to do right things for their health.

We have a news for you. Motivation is not going to strike you like lighting. And motivation is not something that someone else - nurse, doctor, family member - can bestow or force on you. the whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation. Just do it! Execise, lose weight, test your blood sugar, or whatever. Do it without motivation and then guess what. After you start doing thing, that's when the motivation comes and makes it easy for you to keep on doing it.

Motivation is like love and happiness. It's a by-product. When you're actively engaged in doing something, it sneaks up and zaps you when you least expect it.

As Harvard psychologist Jerome Bruner says," You're more likely to act yourself into feeling than feel yourself into action." So ACT! Whatever it is you know you should do, DO IT!

The key to Bouncing Back

All winners have in common the ability to bounce back after an error, mistake or failure.

"Life is a series of outcomes. Sometimes the outcome is what you want. Great. Figure out what you did right. Sometimes the outcome is what you don't want. Great. Figure out what you did you don't do it right again." - by Psychologist Simone Caruthers.

Winners are able to keep moving forward no matter what happens. And that's made possible bacause they remember that failure does not make them failures. No one should take mistakes personally. That's the way to take yourself out of failure.

Although winners are fail, they see it as a momentary event, not a lifelong wave. It's not personal. Don't let any single incident color your view of yourself.

Marketing the REAL you

I often point out the question to myself, how do marketing myself? Sound awful, doesn't it? For me, marketing yourself can be using differently for instance selling skill, communication skill , convincing and approaching skill. It's only few examples which it possibilites there maybe more than expected.

Perhaps everyone can be dynamics when they are trying to sell themselves. Intuitively, many of us feel as if something is wrong with this way of operating. When we have to sell ourselves, we find it unpleasant, disagreeable, even repulsive. But what if all those negative feelings were simply because we hate the artificiality and manipulation we think must be a part of selling?

How are we being real instead of pretension? Would you be telling the truth when someone else whom you ever never talk with them? I strongly believe our reaction could be acted slightly strange. It feels unconmfortable for a moment. And next, when someone asks your comment about their impression, tell them the truth. You can say, " You are look fresh and charming to me!" You don't need to praise over and over again. Then, the person who is talking to you maybe more comfortable and feel impressive. It rely on the ways of communcation. Have you heard about the statement said " the 1st few sentences when you are start to talk, it can be determines the character what you react."

When mistakes occur, Redirect the Energy

When people make a mistake they usually know it. What they really would like is advice on how they can avoid making the same mistake again. That's what redirection is all about - getting people's energy refocused on the right things. - Ken Blanchard. Whale Done!

Have you made any mistakes before? I perhaps did. People sometimes do not admit their mistakes. I firmly to say myself as well. Why actually most of people do not admit their mistakes? What actual reason in right behind? I realise that everyone does not like the people to point their finger's to you and tell you that, "It's your mistakes."

In my life, I have made the biggest mistake which I finally realised that I did not have appreciation heart for what I have achieved. It was totally embarrasing to what I have done. The value of lesson what I learned to admit my mistake. I also admitted that I was too ego. I am starting to learn how to be humble and willing to help somebody without expect any in return. I truly believe might be I was over confidence to my ability which basically I was reacted wrongly.

After awhile, I began my new life again to start and learn from beginning, it's really tough time. Most of the time, I always say, I have done that before. It is wasting my time. But I observe that a lot of things must start from bottom, where there is nobody can climb to mountain without learning and failure. And the, I am redirect my energy again to improve my certain weaknesses. I can only express to myself, "You always learn the new things everyday. Never ever say you have learned."
