My 1st 100 Posts
Extremely incredible. Look at the journey where I have posted all my articles in my blog's, it's pretty amazing my courage to start blogging non-stop from the beginning until now. If you ask me what else can makes you to blogging and never start writing? I have an answer in my mind indeed, it's just about your persistence and committed to your goals.
I manage to post my 1st 100 posts by today. I should reward myself a small token appreciation successfully to write my blog's until 100 posts. I initially do not expect such incredible result when i begin to post up my 1st ever blog. At that time, I was only setting a goals to encourage myself unless 1 post a day. Sometimes, I indeed write more than one. It could be my passionate to push me move forward. Hence, the beginning when I begun started to post my 1st blog, I expected it was difficult to me. I, however it was not as hard as to post your blog by a day. I got a fear at first. Fear is a challenge to me. I know my writing's not as good as others. Moreover, I have came from poor and small village boy's who never undergone the intensive grammar writing skills. I'm very poor in writing an English. I feel no ashamed. I know if i keep on writing, I foresee maybe one day can become a writer. (used to my ambitious last time)
When I was 20s, I learned no about the grammar. I has improved my writing during my studies in university. I learned with someone really passionate taught me how to improve my writing as well as communication in professional ways. There have numerous of options to improve, I chosen one which comfortable it. I started to write in short, simple and concise paragraphs. I made more practises since I knew my writing was weak. What I discover that I have learned countless words, it's really priceless. And then I have realized that the more practise you are, the more improvement you have.
I tell myself everyday, I must learn something which I have ever learned before. It's the way to encourage myself never stop learning. Remember that my mentor's often told me that, if you stop learning, you stop growing. It's really inspired me to learn at least one new thing everyday. "If you just improve 1% for a day, can you imagine what if for a year, you almost improve more 365%. Rather than those are always saying that I wanted to improve but no action. Action is a journey to success. Without begins with single move, you learn nothing at all. At the end, those are enthusiasm to learn more, they are move faster than those are putting off their action aside.

Keep Your Momentum Going

How does someone can keeps their momentum going? Sales Personnel's, for example are always strive to be their best all the time. They achieve what they desire to do. They know what they want and do it right most of time. I met few of top achievers in the same industry, I able to differentiate which one can keep their able going which one not, the main reasons are focused on what how they are react and behavior. I observed one out of four top achiever sales personnel's, she act as victory. She always desires to be the top of the best every month. How does she core with heavy pressure. Gorgeous! What can you expect she able to become top achievers likely top shinning star's consecutive obtain no.1 sales personnel down the road 6 months. How did she do it? You can't give the answer as well as myself.
Look at the journey which she has gone through, she's staying focus what she is doing is right, always do it. She keeps her momentum going. As I aware that her achievements until the day of she leave for better advancement, it is still top of the top list. No one else can overtake her achievements. She makes the miracles for herself. She was just 22 that time. It's was happened last 2 years back. It's truly unusual. I did observe she knew everything what she is doing. She even dare to accept her bosses challenges to breakthrough what other people can obtain it. She almost abnormal sales personnel that I have ever seen. She might be treats the risk as part of a game in her life, no matter how big and small challenges, she's open for new ideas to be victory.
Back to our story, in your current situation no matter which industry you are in, how do you keep you momentum going? Likewise, if you're white-collar professional worker's, any happening after you have underwent various of challenges in your career paths? It's truly makes sense. Everyone does. Just recalled I was being awarded as the best of On-brand manager during I was in finance industry. All of my success stories which have been written by me, it certainly shared over many branches. I also managed to build excellent example for entire department itself. On the other word, most people have recognized your efforts how to create the momentum to make something happened. It's truly satisfied on what I have done.

Winners Never Ever Quit , A Quitter Never Win !

What if someone pinpointed your mistakes in front of big group, didn't you quit? To me, I do not. That actually helps me to improve it. Not many people realized that when you cameacross this mistakes in your life's you should know how to excel it in the future. I love criticism. The more the people criticism you, the more lesson you'll get it. This is a part of our lives. We should accept it. If you think the people shouldn't highlighted your mistakes, it is because of you afraid failure. It seems you don't believe your did mistakes. It's all about self-egotism. It could be your have doubt on your ability, negative thought is trying to kill your ambitious, goals, dreams and get started to make it big in your life's.
Some expert leaders often said, "Winners never ever quit, a quitter never win." It is truths. If you believe in yourself or not, you are right. Nobody can say you are wrong. In order to become a winner, you should not ever quit before you obtain achievement. Be passion on what you are doing. No matter what you are doing, you should do it until the end. A winner’s always hanging out with successful people. Do not ever flat out with losers. You desire to success and destroy the self-doubts and getting rid unwanted negative thoughts. If you can just surround yourself with successful and positive people, your life will change so much. Your thinking will be much more positive which will lead you to taking more action and making things happen in your business.
Winners know where they are going. They set the goals. They know their direction exactly where they are heading too. They often keep track and write down their goals and dreams to accomplish in their life. Winners excel in their life without goals. If you quit, you can't accomplish anything in your life. At the end of day, you're loser. Winner treats failure is the part of success journey. They are doers. Loser is a dreamer. They start action without any excuses. Even though, it is small action, do it faster. You keep thinking you should do it tomorrow, you putting it off and you may even never do anything.

CEO Characteristics
I think there are several key ingredients to being a great CEO.
1. Self-assuredness. A great CEO is a mature, well-rounded individual who knows his or her own value and is comfortable in his or her own skin. This allows the CEO to treat subordinates with respect and dignity, since the CEO has no selfish need to demonstrate superiority. He or she will actively seek feedback and will value a point of view that is contrary.
2. Farsightedness. A great CEO can look beyond the here and now and see far into the future. He or she can predict with great certainty what is coming down the pike and how best to move forward.
3. Enthusiasm. A great CEO loves what he or she does and communicates this enthusiasm constantly. He or she sticks to things and doesn't run at the first sign of adversity. He or she loves a challenge and will be the first one in line to scale the mountain. The great CEO takes care of himself or herself physically and emotionally, and is then available to back up his or her staff.
4. Conviction. A great CEO must have the courage of his or her convictions. He or she has a personal and professional set of values that he or she never compromises -- no matter what.
5. Responsibility. A great CEO doesn't pass the buck or duck the hard choices. He or she takes full responsibility for whatever happens, and holds his or her staff to the same high standard.
Poor & Weak CEO's are unwilling to do the hard work, take responsibility, or make decisions. They delegate the difficult or unpleasant tasks and make sure that they always have a scapegoat around to fix the blame on. They are concerned about themselves to the exclusion of everyone else. They treat their staffs like slaves or like non-entities and they have no personal loyalty. They are also seldom dealing directly with their entry level employees. They usually are not to go the field to understand their concerns.
