In a RUSH

Rush things happened when time is moving. And of course it is totally hard, we can adjust rush things all the time, things may be easily to handle but the deadline is not allowed you to do so. How do you monitor all the rush things happening in once time? I wish myself can handle it, though, I honest to tell you I can but with certain condition allowed.

For instance, I recently do assisting my colleagues when they are out of country to visit our valued customers. It's really sucked in the rushing tasks where I couldn't be adopted as fast as possible. It looks simple but the mountain of works right in front of, you may rush without thinking how things can be done well. You just remained focus on your tasks, neither important nor not, I must complete before the deadline. It's killing you without strong reasons. Rush things can make you do certain mistakes which you do not realised. After a second, you found something has been missing. If you just put yourself into my shoe, I truly hope you can feel what did I feel.

When I think positively, things must be done on time, rush things must done well, no mistakes allowed. Would you be think that you are superhero or whatever? I praised myself no gift. I only can understand my sacrifice is worthwhile when I have completed all tasks with no silly mistakes at all. I know I can do it no matter how rush the tasks given, you just work with relaxing minded and keep track on your responsibility. Some people often said, "Pressure is created by yourself." I do agree with this statement, no pressure how to develop yourself and sharpen your minded. It's pretty awesome. I love this feel after rushed things have been covered up.

An good experience which I have never had that one time I was also assigned to assist my respective superior who away for country 3 weeks. It was tougher period, I made lots mistakes until involved other colleagues in this particular stupid mistakes. I had properly lost my tracks where I can't handle number of things in same time. Hence, I had wasted lots of resources which it was not necessarily and shouldn't happened. I learned from my mistakes. It's all about time management and stress management. I was telling myself after review by my respective superior, "I MUST STAYED FOCUSED" on whatever rushed things to play deep attention to finish it. Try to overcome each tasks, one-by-one to monitor closely. Although it was painful experiences, I used to adapt in short period of time, I understand "SETBACK IS NOT FAILURE."

This applies to all of us, let's not be quick in everything we do. We have to pause for a while to be able to observe and analyze or maybe even read between the lines. Take into consideration all the things that matter and set aside all that don't. Prior to things end up, we have to set our priorities which it is important and not.
