The leadership experts often urge people do know your limitation, you then must breakthrough it, overcome the setback and heading to success route. Oh my god, I do foresee that how many people work it out, strive the best, not many indeed. I guessed 1 out of 100 person in their perspectives in living with varying points of view.
This is why successful market leaders go to difference path in their life after breaking through the wall(setbacks) regardless how tough it is, thoughts still one of the powerful tools to achieve successfully. One day my respective director has asked me went to his office, closed the door policy and speak within only 3 person which are a director, a manager and a sales staff. I was a sales staff. He ever has asked that, "Calvin, could you please tell me what is your bottom lines?". I was shocked. I did not know how to react this question, i perhaps asked myself, why he asked this? It's just within me and my manager in his office. I look at my manager and asked why he ask so. I indeed honestly responded by my inner heart, I said "Yes, Boss. My bottom line is when I have worked so hard to get whatsoever the customer needs within short period time, but they have appreciated me. It's stacked (I say in my heart).
Literally, Im not afraid direct dealing what kind of customer characters, I just let him know what is my bottom mine. You asked me now, I would say I have limitation and I knew what is my limitation. Would be negative impression if I indirectly show and/or tell anyone my limitations? Have you experienced that before? Many successful businesses did collapse with pay no attention on what they have done without improving, innovating and analyzing competitive development until these impacts make their business failure and ended filed bankruptcy and being sued by legal action. Someone does saying, being smart to play dumbs.
In today's world, there have dishonest business people making money and the rich becomes richer. Why? They are, BULLDOZING. They usually will be bullying those people with their limitation. They tend to be buzzer when you have show the limitation and lack of knowledge in certain fields. Not bad being criticized by people especially they are your tutors whom teaching, guiding and providing you gorgeous market inputs in your field. They are actually become your good business partner to guide you how to make your negotiation skill getting stronger. And know when to say "NO" if someone really do not tolerant to you at all. Must say "NO" when overtake your limitation and unable to allow you to breath and approaching. Do strongly advice you to pay immediately action now onwards to say "NO" with your bad habits and behavior in order to stay in better living.
