Competition forces us to outdo ourself, wow!

Some experts said, "I love challenges, I love competition. Most of successful businessman loves to compete against their competitor to make them stronger and bigger. It is very common to live for survive especially when you alert most of time what are your competitors are doing to provide invaluable information and guidance how to perform well in the critical timing.

Regardless of whatever resources you can able to gain what industry have you in, it is useful for your to understand your competitors what actually doing and working recently. A very good example from our current bosses where I am working at, they eventually will liaise and build close networks with our typical competitors, the interesting part is the negotiation can be ended up how many percent of share you can get when they're willing to share. Sound weird when I was 1st time to hear that statement in this industry.

No doubt, I am in manufacturing industry which produce raw materials for garments and yarns industry. "The tighten of competition, the smooth of your business operational." Nothing bad or good can concluded, as long as the information is valuable, relevant and accurate, what wrong provide me more without any constraint where they faced. It's marvelous lesson when I learned this from my current employer's.

Ultimately, competition able to make your business heading to next standard level for live surviving. Not only business has their competition each others, to getting job better offer also part of it. Hiring the right candidates with right salary at the right time, it's obviously hard and harder. Competition arises caused of competition, no competition at all, how can the potential employers can be hired the most suitable and right person to work with them. A risk is appeared when hiring a person fresh in the industry, either they have hired or not, you have taking your own risk. That's why big corporation always has risk management in certain areas.

As I mentioned in earlier, hire right person always created competition, so how about in business world? We all remember that the huge competition can able to help you doing well in your business, certainly achieve success than what they have. Be enthusiasm to turn your business more unique and dynamic to gain competitive advantages.

Know your limitations and Know when to say No!!!

The leadership experts often urge people do know your limitation, you then must breakthrough it, overcome the setback and heading to success route. Oh my god, I do foresee that how many people work it out, strive the best, not many indeed. I guessed 1 out of 100 person in their perspectives in living with varying points of view.

This is why successful market leaders go to difference path in their life after breaking through the wall(setbacks) regardless how tough it is, thoughts still one of the powerful tools to achieve successfully. One day my respective director has asked me went to his office, closed the door policy and speak within only 3 person which are a director, a manager and a sales staff. I was a sales staff. He ever has asked that, "Calvin, could you please tell me what is your bottom lines?". I was shocked. I did not know how to react this question, i perhaps asked myself, why he asked this? It's just within me and my manager in his office. I look at my manager and asked why he ask so. I indeed honestly responded by my inner heart, I said "Yes, Boss. My bottom line is when I have worked so hard to get whatsoever the customer needs within short period time, but they have appreciated me. It's stacked (I say in my heart).

Literally, Im not afraid direct dealing what kind of customer characters, I just let him know what is my bottom mine. You asked me now, I would say I have limitation and I knew what is my limitation. Would be negative impression if I indirectly show and/or tell anyone my limitations? Have you experienced that before? Many successful businesses did collapse with pay no attention on what they have done without improving, innovating and analyzing competitive development until these impacts make their business failure and ended filed bankruptcy and being sued by legal action. Someone does saying, being smart to play dumbs.

In today's world, there have dishonest business people making money and the rich becomes richer. Why? They are, BULLDOZING. They usually will be bullying those people with their limitation. They tend to be buzzer when you have show the limitation and lack of knowledge in certain fields. Not bad being criticized by people especially they are your tutors whom teaching, guiding and providing you gorgeous market inputs in your field. They are actually become your good business partner to guide you how to make your negotiation skill getting stronger. And know when to say "NO" if someone really do not tolerant to you at all. Must say "NO" when overtake your limitation and unable to allow you to breath and approaching. Do strongly advice you to pay immediately action now onwards to say "NO" with your bad habits and behavior in order to stay in better living.

Constantly To Top Yourself

A fabulous quote by leadership experts said, "No person who is enthusiastic about his work has everything to fear from life." Sounds inspired to you, isn't it? Most of time, lots of people do not constantly to motivate themselves into a right position to succeed. I have questioned myself, why such situation can be occurred? It's really simple to me and you, when everyone does motivating their life and living, all of us can achieved better living and importantly obtained financial freedom. Although sounds it is impossible nowadays, though it could be possibilities to break this bad curse for everyone.

Apart from that, people always think negatively when they have faced lots of setbacks and challenges in their life. The main strong reason why they have same thoughts because of they feared to failure and willing to limit themselves and do not let other people to know their limitation. In survey shows that, why there is only 1 person out of group of 10 persons think positively instead of all people think positively in their group, the answer is simple, " it is caused of influences and negatively impacts by negative people. Among this group, when someone does wanted to change to be more positive, the other person just sitting next to the person to encourage him or her to giving up for changes. It's all about the influences.

For those successful people, they are usually not mingle with the negative thoughts person. They have a strong inner minded, they do not want to get with surrounding bad influences persons. I am thinking when you gather this group of people, it is good to build a gap between you and them. It could be says, "to build roadblock within a fire wall'. Obviously, there is pros and cons to know this group of people. The pros would be to identify their weaknesses and limitation in order for you to improve yourself in certain of areas to enhance alertness and confidences. It can't be say purely wasting my time to gather with such negativity groups.

What A unforgetable & memorable Mother's day this year!

When I have stepped in my office this morning, I was wondering what had happened within these 2 days during my holidays. I guess I was thinking too much indeed, my thoughts kept telling me that it is changed. Some changes has been concluded. Perhaps I do not want exact happened within this 2 days, nevertheless the hint wasn't good enough. It could never back to normal and yet it is heading to next destination in their paths.

Oh ya, sorry about my fabulous Mother's Day in this year, of course it was difference as what celebrated last couple of years. I have never seen my pretty princess such delightful, happiness and appreciating. She was appreciating me that taking leave to celebrate with her and my mother-in-law for this unforgettable Mother's Day. I initially do not expect she was so delightful, yet I just thought that she wanted to celebrate with her mother's this year with her 29th birthday together. It was nothing special, the event which we have planned was new and special dedication for our mothers this year. Eventually my wife and I were commonly celebrated our mother's day separately. Don't get me wrong, we both are celebrating with each of our mother in difference place. In other words, my mum-in-law was traveling from her hometown far away, long distance and took about 3 hours to my home in city.

Sad to say that this year wasn't celebrated my wife hometown, and required our parent's to travel tiring either. It sounds like we make them more tiring on this traveling. We anyway have marvelous celebration with our mum's that particular important Mother's day. What someone did ask me how was your mother's day celebration, I only can say 2 words, "Marvelous and Gorgeous." When it seems like I more prefer to use such words frequently and often, what would make me use that strong and inspiring words, indirectly it is something really goes into my sweet memorable. It's pretty new in sense of my mum-in-law loves to sing and often to participate in singing tournament at her staying places. Although it is short in karaoke, but we were really enjoyable. To me and my wife, it is just nothing when we go to "K", but this time we have asked our mummy's to join as what she loves and her hobbies as well.

A few words I should express my gratitude to my lovely mother's when I was falling down in my career paths last time, you are always support and inspired me. When I was doing something hurt your feeling, you were never gave me up and stand besides of me to indicate me which ways are the right directions before turning to wrong destination. When I was looking at you, staring at you when you have concentrating and focusing on doing your stuffs, your faces clearly stated you are getting older and older as where you may not noticed and alert, you know where your capabilities can be utilised. No matter what is going on in next day, me and sweet heart always stand by next to you.

"A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials, heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine, desert us when troubles thicken around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavour by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts."

Won't You Giving Something Back....

Certainly it is tremendously simple when someone does asking you, have you contributed to the charitable organizations when you are in this stages? Have you gave something back? At least some, however it honestly says that it is not everyone to giving back something to those NGO organizations. So i repeat my question again, "Won't you giving something back?" Ask yourself before you're answering my question. If yes, you are kindness person, down to earth and generous person in the earth. Although you have not contribute and donate to others, it maybe right timing for you to contributing something to charitable organizations.

It's time for you to giveaway as you have basically received numerous resources regardless of whatsoever where are you, its help you pretty much when you are required and needed. Why not think of such ways to understand those are more favorable helping hands from you. It is difficult when people have asking you to contribute back beyond your financial capabilities, but then look at the areas of earning extra pocket money to give you better life, you maybe view this giving back at different perspectives.

Won't you giving something back? Could you make people successful in their areas? If you do involved certain knowledge industry in this intense environment, you eventually can help and make many people to succeed. Obviously, it would be sounds strange to you. How can i do it? yes, it is query and questions in your minds, it is not once a day, it could be more and more ever to encourage you how to deliver successful, inspirational messages those people aspire to be successful person or entrepreneurs. By giving people the tools they need to succeed, we raise the quality of life in our world and create a better world. And in the long run, how can that be bad for business? Definitely it will not happen against what you have giving your hands to those people required your helps.

In the meantime, you can tell yourself negatively that I able to contribute with small portions of money and knowledge's, is it can helps? It could be mean more than that. It is generally not being say that your contribution can't help someone, it is mean everyone of us. Together, we can create a miracles, make better living, create better world. Not only you, it is for ourselves as well.

Think For Yourself

It's new lesson to me today. I learned this lesson from the tycoon in New York whom successfully achieved wealth through real estate. Why I say this is a new lesson to me, eventually sometime I personally also do not think of myself how indeed can impact the wonderful living with my beloved wife. I have done plenty of mistakes, I can't denied. It's really truth. When we don't think of ourselves, problem surely occurs. It can be occurs whatsoever your situation to attempt it in your life. In today's competitive world, everyone is thinking themselves instead of thinking other people.

Why such circumstance can be happened? The reason is simple, the weaken will be failure where the stronger will be survived. Some people might be not accept this statement, I can say they are too naive. It caused by surrounding the networks where had been established was lack of direct social skill and negotiation. When there is an opportunity appeared, all of us initially what they have had in their minds, it always question in their mind, anyway I must strive for my best to turn up this opportunity. I can't let other people to go for it without I have working my best to accomplish.

Please remember, in this world "never ever have free lunch without fighting against in the war." Is it sounds to self-fish? It's just find out what you really want dedicate your life then go out and search for it. When I do not know something, i will work my best to learn something, I then feel marvelous and fresh when I have learned. Although I have lot of things or experiences yet not gained, but I believe through my persistence and perseverance characteristic can obtained better result added value in my life.

This statement was written by billionaire tycoon in New York, Mr. Donald Trump. Do remind yourself, think of yourself whatever events and meeting, do not limit yourself. Before I have established my 1st ever blog in my life which this is my 1st blog, I was a new kids on the block. No one teach how to discover and explore unless you have start your writing. Even though my writing is not as good as the rest of grammarian are sharpen in their writing, but I insisted to discover and write continuously, keep and maintain my writing. It's marvelous to receive valuable people saying that "What makes you to start to write?" "How come your writing so powerful?" In my heart, of course, I have proud of myself but it is not good enough to stop writing. I must tackle new things to improve much better in this area.

Finding your purpose may take a while or all of your life. Or you could have discovered it when you were five years old and are still refining it. Since we all differ and have varying priorities, we all must move at our own pace.
