Can you always down-to-earth?

I have experienced once when one of ex-colleague solved the customer problems and received the compliment letter has been wrote by customer. After that, I was held a department meeting to share this success story among their colleagues. He hand over the compliment letter to you at the same time, he spoke a few words to inspire his colleagues.

And then, I wrote a simple and concise to address how did he help the customer. I used "down-to-earth" statement. It's simple but the meaning is strong. I just wanted to thank him because he is being down-to-earth to help the customer with his sincerely heart. It's priceless, I think. To him, he just few letter words with nothing but he himself will find how to improve his shortcomings with such good behavior as being salesperson in coming days. For many people, they eventually work hard, but some of them do not observe the successful person how to they react to get the compliment from someone else. It's pretty easy to say but it hard to do.

How many of you can be always down-to-earth? Don't you even help many people without asking for return? You have done it! A friend, for instance she is always helping a lot of person without expect any return. I believe it is kind of behavior and character. If you think you able to help someone, please help with sincerely heart. Not pretention. Just look at your friends, how many times you can observe he/she helps anyone with sincerity heart? Perhaps it could once awhile.

Through my experiences, I helped many people with my heart. But it doesn't mean I could help without expect nothing. Certainly, I did sometime. I hope myself can willing help many people.

Passion Is The Key of Success

Do what you love and the money will follow. You’ve heard it before — from your mother, college professor and Oprah. Its that old adage that means follow your heart and don’t worry about making money because that will take care of itself. Putting this philosophy into practice, however, means truly having faith that the money, will indeed, take care of itself.

Passion is a driven to enable us to work towards our dreams. For instance, I have a good friend of mine whom always love to do what he is doing now. His passion able to give me a positive input and influences for everyone knows him. This is may caused his business networking getting widen and larger. He is currently doing marketing consultation, leadership expert speaker in marketing and sales industry. He loves his job so much nowadays although he generate less income rather than with regular and fixed with 8 working hours a day,5 days a week. Moreso, he also manages to represent the university to attend the corporate conferences over the country. Despite that, his passion influences his behavior to start his goal for publishing his book yearly. Now, he has been publishing more than 5 books. Honestly speaking, he is my respectful mentor now.

Some of you may be agree with him this is what good examples called. In order to be successful, don't let the fear to stop your dreams. Fear can be keep us from taking that leap. Do avoid these happen to you, and then you must visualise our dream in writing, picture and drawing. These are few effective ways to obtain your dreams. It's not necessarily to figure out how do you work it out. That's a easy way, Just Visualising. Do start now, you do let the people surround you to share with your dreams, your aspire words to one step closer to your final destination.

Change We Believe In

How does change is powerful enough? I found that if you don't change, you're staying behind. If you don't change, you're one step behind the people always change. If you don't change, you're always not recognized. Yet you'll find many things why grow so fast and everything more in advance.

Regardless of what change we are talking about, you must alert that change doesn't mean you should change your physically. I'll say more on mentality, emotionally and thoughts. Every behavior we have, we can change from time to time, if we consider are not good enough. I noticed that many of us maybe lack of knowledge and skills, some of them may alert but not all of them. We, therefore should always believe of the power of change. It's extremely unexpected result will arise if you are dare to change.

Obviously, our thought comes with a number of pictures everyday when we find something very interesting and new to us. Would you be really explore to know what exactly? Yes, we do! The reason caused of the thoughts make us to know more , however we do not mean to change due to used to it as current behavior. It's being adapted long time. In this circumstances, we prefer do not change because we observe many of people don't change immediately. As President of US says, Change we believe in. Change can brings us happiness, peaceful and cherish. And so I am not going deeply, if you believe in, change will brings you unexpected result.

Obtain Your Personal Wealth Life

In your mind now, if I'm not mistaken you'll thinking of must get the millionaire of dollars to achieve your wealth life or you need to become millionaire in order to obtain your wealth life. It doesn't sound necessarily what in your mind now. My thought is trying to use different strategies to obtain my personal wealth creation. The way is so simple, its may be you can use for your future reference.

1. Learn from others
There is something will happen to you without realization when you have learned something new which ever knew before. I personally had underwent this whole process, it's truly unbelievable. I, for instance was very poor in writing especially English, moreover I also very bad in speaking English last time, I have been criticising a lot people when I'm taking to them. Don't you think it can stop me to speak and write? I can tell you and the earth now, "I am not coward. I must improve. I'll show you how brilliant I am."

2. Pursue things if you think you can
I have a plan. I have a dream. I can only say " Action speaks louder than words." After a day tight up with my job, I will lay in my comfort sofa to think, "what I have done something right and something is wrong."In order to obtain my personal wealth, you maybe work hard to pursue your dreams. No matter how far from you, you must always remind yourself. Nobody will help you at least a mirror of the person can be trust and help.

3. Lifelong Learning (LLL)
Do you agree with me? if you stop to explore, you'll stop growing. I can evaluate myself what type of person I am, I love to explore where can see things never had, discover a new things never done. For us to achieve wealth life, it doesn't require million of dollars but if you use it wisely, you are the richest person in the earth.

Dreams are important

Do you want live below your means? I truly wish the answer, "NO". As leadership expert often says, "We should not ever live in no dreams, which consider you have no path of life." In other words, your living with no right direction, no way to guide you to reach your path through life. I can view some of you may know what I am trying to address, but some of you not.

I heard a best friend of mine, He often to share a thought to me, "You should dare to dream, even dream big, Big dreams." We should not limit our dreams as far as your concerns are totally important.

No one ever can take away your dreams, when someone does take away your life. I hope you can take a short after this to write down what you want to do 1 year later? Please write more specific and then you need to share your dreams to anyone you know, no fear and just tell them, what is your dreams. As mentioned in earlier, you ever never to underestimate yourself. We now discover the things which we have never done before. In my memory, I did remember a few great words from my personal guru's, he often to tell me, "Just Do It." You ever try and then you can get the result out of your expectation.
