Traditionally many people said,' how to win more arguments' or 'how to fight with effectively argument', but to me that the better argument always comes with more understanding. The more you understand, you may know your opponents before attack more valuable information to fact that your arguments are giving better advices and ideas. There could be helpful for each of the problem occurred. For instance, recently I have encountered a weird case which related to my jobs. I am handling various type of patterns customer currently especially they are from China. Every customer has their business pattern to running thir business with us.
Some successful business people always urged us that we should putting 10x times effort to manage the China customer before your business get into the drain. What happened with this value customer for being complaint us that we have mismanaged the products. To what certain extent, I usually will get rectify the problems before to handle up over it to top management to finalised the decision. Due to miscommunication between me & customer, I can't really blame myself and my colleagues. The main reason is we didn't proof any with business letter and agreement.
We have keep nothing. And we expected initially it started smooth from production to shipment, you are actually fighting against the argument which has been rose by customer end of the day. We have done mistakes where we keep nothing to show it both parties have agreed. We, however, are mismanaged the information. This is on what initially we should expected happened after things have in order. I was not bad too, I was trying to figure out the statement which the customer's has been agreed. Nothing extra and proven the statement end up to argument. Do you think it is my fault? Something did and something did not. I found the problem was the communication between me & my colleague's. Nevertheless, she also alert that the problem had raised where we must look at the solution instead of the problems.
Marketing terms, "the customer is always right." What else in your mind now? I don't mean I am correct and customer's given misused information. I of course was arguing with customer on the information provided has not accurate on what we received. I just wish more understand what actually happened on this problem. To solve the problem, we must understand the whole exact problem that we faced.

Are You A loser?
Would you want to be a loser ever in your entire life? I assume you are totally not. Who wanted to become a loser? Take a very short break, ask anyone does next to you,"Are you a loser?" What actually the answer you are looking for, it really sounds ridiculous. I would strongly say the person who you have asked they will immediately revert their reply to you and said, "What the Fxxking idiot ask such question, what do you expect the answer from me, Bast xxx!" Nobody will give you the answer in your mind.
I can predict that every single person will refused to giving the exact answer in their mind or heart. It's sounds common sense, anyone of you wanted to be loser? I can look into this statement aggressively, the reason will be caused of the person who actually does not wanted to become a loser although they have staying in tough living and challenging life. They feared to change. Through certain research conducted, there is measurement between a loser and a winner, one of the factor was fear. Loser can't managed their fear. Winners do. Losers understand that no one choose to be failure. Perhaps they are not as strong as you think. In particularly their behaviors and attitudes maybe in negativity perspectives in their life, especially their career paths, they usually have difference point of views.
What do you do next? Try to start with positive thinking. We must posses with powerful positive minded to obtain our achievements which it seen has been organized. Our thoughts extremely are essential to look every challenges and obstacles in positive ways. Its, though, they are considered setback for you to grow and pull you down most of time. Don't hang with these toxic people. Stay far away from them before you're end up one of the member in their failure clubs.
We sometimes will think of giving up when faced number of setbacks, it's basically truth for everyone. Losers do giving up easily, but winners are not. They have feared no matter small or big problems, they're looking at problems but it's not solution. Winners find solution, not find problems in problems instead.
A winner is never idle so keep that in mind and forget boredom. Losers always use bored as their excuses. Breakthrough your bad behaviors. The worst thing is the excuses are your failures. Hence, the beginning you may not realized until it has came across in your mind, it slowly will change your behaviors. Losers do not organized their problems, but winner does. They will find some interesting things in their life to escape their boredom.

Isn't Real Estate Is A Bad Investment?

When You're Out of Curiousity
Some people do want to know more when things turn out curiously, why not you? Do you have high degree of curiosity? I wish you do. When you do not have, I believe you definitely shall missing out on the most important to fulfilling your dreams and goals. Many things turn out with faster speed, without further realization on what it is happening, you will leave behind the track. What I am trying to say that things can be anything such as career, couple relationships, dreams, goals and many things in our living.
It does a difference by just out of curiosity. Furthermore, you lack this interest, you stay no M.E.A.Ningful in your life's. You may not agreed with me that what I am trying to highlight we should curiosity in what happening to us, it's difficult to build this interest but it's truly essential to feeling good. When things are totally new to us, we expect everyday must be learned something new. New learning, new improvement. That's mainly purpose why everyone of us must posses curiosity behavior.
On the other hand, lack of curiosity may caused us the information gained should be less, inaccurate and the worst can killing your joys. When we can understanding more than we expected, this is particularly enhance our knowledge especially the information has collected. These could be more valuable. Some people reluctant to being possess of curiosity behavior, they usually will know nothing rather than others are possess with their right attitude of curiosity. It just being to understand more, you can't foresee and expecting.
Start building your curiosity muscle and bring it back from the atrophy of neglect. We all have the ability to be curious, just watch any small child. We were that child once. Like any new habit it takes consistency to build it up. So, start with 5 minutes a day and take the curious approach to something.

"Women Hold Up Half The Sky"
I just recently read an article, which attracted my intention to put up my post here. Traditionally, we think most women lack of certain skills, knowledge's and intelligent. We indeed are getting wrong perception on them. Time is moving, and of course women will also be developed more skillful and knowledgeable. it's could be out of your expectation. You just open your eyes and look at those are women are working in workforce, certain of them may hold up to the top ladder in corporation.
As leader experts said,Chinese communist leader Mao Zedong once remarked that “women hold up half the sky”. Whether it was an ancient proverb or his own quotation, having women in the workforce has certainly brought about a host of benefits.
The survey has proven that yet in Malaysia, only 37% of the 10.8million workforce is women. The remaining balance will occupy by the men which 77% of the available of roles. Therefore, we shouldn't expect the numbers as shown it will not be going up, it may going up in upcoming day especially in the corporate ladders. As often said, "Never ever estimated anyone else next to you."
"Why, when you have two hands, you only use one?" as professional OL addressed in this articles. They as women, they are not trying to compete with the men, it's not about being as best as men. They are just recognizing fro their own strengths and capabilities. Apart from that, women are hold the higher education rather than men. This is caused them to understand the men world always in high ladder, this is one of the way to stay in same level with men. Hence so far, I also understand that there are number of social communities to widen their networking, develop their skills, share their resources and representing themselves to government of their point of views. In workforce, it occurred gender bias basically where women always reluctant speak for themselves and achievements. Like such pattern, they used not to create norms among the social norms nor are they encouraging other women to succeed. It's difficult their efforts speak from themselves, they must able to create the intention for men to understand they are not weak likely last time.
Women measure success differently from men, “Success to men, generally speaking, is about making profits and beating your opponents. Women tend to measure success by fulfilling passions and benefiting all around them,” despite that, corporate culture must recognise female traits as a strength and not a disadvantage simply because it differs from male traits.
