Rules for Being Human
I came across this rules when I have read a book yesterday. Just out my curiosity, are that true every human being in the world shall be undergo the rules in our life as stated by Murphy's Law instead of everyone of us chooses an option to determine the rules to being human. What is in your mind right now?
The list of describes well the state we're in as people:
Rule 1 # You will learn the lesson.
Rule 2 # There are no mistakes - only lessons.
Rule 3 # A lesson is repeated until it is learned.
Rule 4 # If you don't learn the easy lesson, they get harder. (Pain is one way the universe gets your attention.)
Rules 5 # You will know you've learned a lesson when your actions change.

The Success Story of China
There was an email forwarded by my co-worker stated that the success story of China, what is my first impression after read the articles? Wow, i was thinking that how bravo of china people. In this competitive world, china still may not as advance as European, though they have powerful minded, strong intuition, high desire and ambitious to compete against with European. Likewise, there are many successful entrepreneurs to expand their business throughout over the world, for instance Ali Baba, hong Kong which one of most powerful search engine's in China. Nothing is impressed you on the technology industry. And what if our American president has visited China last week, primarily to find out what exactly and how exactly China doing things that make it such success story. Look at this statement from our respectful American president to address that why the china they able to create the miracles among their country and developed. There was surpassing all so called " expert economic planners of US and Europe. His teams found these 5 basic lesson behind of China success - it could be almost equally to our country which the following are:
Lesson 1 # BE AMBITIOUS
The Chinese believe in Setting Goals, making Plans, and focusing on Moving Ahead - there is always the sense of forward motion. As an example, a huge 6-lane highway in Shanghai took only 2 years from planning to ready for traffic. In the US, 2 years will only get you the environment and local authority permit if you are lucky. Difference of country authorization and policies, they have implemented lots of strategies to aim the country being developed.
Lesson 2 # Education Matters
The Chinese are obsessed with ensuring kids get the right education - English, Maths & Science. They made sure that their education system reached even the most remote rural areas as current capabilities where they had. Until today, the literacy rate in china is over 90%, surpassing even the USA's 86% only. According to American Educationists the Chinese kids are way ahead of the kids in the USA. The most importantly the parents are concerning their children education instead of to encourage their children should work when they have no interest to study.
Lesson 3 # Look After The Elderly
The chinese do not send their elderly to nursing care centres - they personally took after & care for their parents. In the US, nursing care of the elderly is now costing each resident USD85,000 annually, & this is rising. The chinese also believe that their grandparents at home make the best tutors for their children. It also provides a sense of cultural continuity - this helps bind society.
Lesson 4 # Save More
In 2005, a survey shown that US saving habits dropped to zero and it is only now slowly rising to 4%. In China, the savings rate for every household has exceeded 20%. The chines believe that fugality & a healthy savings rate are a sure indicator of country's financial health. High savings lead to increased investment - results in increased productivity, innovation & job growth.
Lesson 5 # Look over the horizon
In China, everyone is forward looking - never backwards. New graduates make a vow - never ever will their children & grandchildren ever work in the fields again. With this kind of forward mentality, people are always thinking & planning how, not just to succeed, BUT how to be the best in the world in everything they do.

Are You Admitting Your Mistakes?
People who never ever admit their mistakes, I strongly to tell you right now, "You're actually being done the biggest mistakes in your life." The most importantly, we can't learn everything in daily living. It's indeed also never happen it. You can proceed with your initiatives to learn those things in which you are not learned before, you may then to learn it from various channels to search for additional new things where you lack of it.
I could be advise you that the mistakes which you have done, incidentally you've have learned somethings never know before. It's consider you have added your knowledge without paying much efforts but the reality is you have done it without anyone taught you. But you have to admit your mistakes. Nobody can escape away their mistakes. When it has caused, the problems should not be disappear as fast as you think, it still deeply to search where it gone wrongly and how to overcome it.
I have a best friend often feels fear to make mistakes, I ask her what the main reasons. She told me that she feared to face someone needed to report her mistakes although the mistakes might be done by someone she knew. She won't be admit her mistakes without certain strong reasons. She probably self-egotism to high. She's nothing wrong with it, she just realised that if she done her jobs completely perfect, she will stay away any mistakes causing her. I have questions in my mind whether the thoughts what she thinking of either correct or not, it does not evaluate as right or wrong. She posses her own characteristics to protect herself. Does she sound not admit her mistakes? I still questioned in my mind.
Let's myself give another good examples. I have been lots of mistakes, sometimes people realized it but certain of time they are not telling where have you done wrongly. A colleague's of mine, he eventually will tell me where did i do wrongly, which areas should i correct it and etc. I initially told myself, this job basically should not done by me, why should i admit it? My thoughts totally is wrong. As we know, we're working in corporation where teamwork must be absorb, you are not working alone. What's consequences would be affect in your jobs if admitting your mistakes? I look at bigger pictures, it's nothing to be gone wrong although you have admitted, additionally, you can overcome all the setbacks and mistakes in the right ways, at right time and extremely at the right cost. The tasks are sometimes can be involved huge capitals or funding to absorb, but it because of your mistakes, the whole operation from beginning until the end can't proceed smoothly and efficiency.
Another kind of person will be blame everyone else when the mistakes have been occurred. They never ever look at other people feeling. They just look at themselves. And of course, you after that done the mistakes, all are basically recognised you that the mistakes you done. Think positively when your thoughts that it's none of their business. The more news you have blasting over, I must admit it instead of telling the difference stories to escape it. You must face it, face the people you know. Dare to admit your mistakes.

Don't Giving on Yourself
What's the bravo comments from my personal mentor. It's true that some people know me that i have my personal mentor neither he or she rich yet or not, they are eventually possess successful thoughts in their life. I noted that he actually not so rich, though, he's consider an intelligent person in terms of financial literally, marketing knowledge and so forth. Some people also realised that they have their own personal mentor in their mind, who are they?
Basically, I can say " you are your personal mentor." How to describe that we can be own mentor, no matter how the tougher situation you having now, you can lead the problems and overcome it. Don't ever giving up on yourself that you blame yourself do not have good mentor. One of the financial literally expert, Robert Kiyosaki, who has 2 mentor in his life's which are RICH DAD & POOR DAD. Rich dad says, "If you stop working today, an asset puts money in your pocket and a liability takes money from your pocket. Too often people call liabilities assets. It's important to know the difference between the two. Probably his poor dad's look at different point of views and vice verse against the rich dad. Therefore, we should become ourself as Rich Dad. And of course, when you thoughts that everyone of us requires good mentor tend to lead in better result, why not go for it. Action is everything. Action is real life of success. Action always starts with AMBITIOUS.

Glad to hear you have encounter numerous of problems to bring you to next level in your successful life. When you face a problems in a day, you have learned one new things in your life. As leader expert often said, you tend to know nothing for everyday. You then may thinking that you will going to learn somethings without the push by people next to you. We posses good characters indeed able to develop our certain of skills and experiences. Don't give up without trying till the end.
