Money Is Not That Important

If you tell me that the money is not important, something is more valuable. Could you give a good example what you are trying to tell us? Certainly, I should respect you all different point of view. The money is not that important but it is something you need it for everything in your daily life. You just imagine that you are walking down the street, something is caught your attention and you want to buy it. If you have no money, don't you think you afford or able to buy it. No money, you can't visualized when you'll achieve your dreams one day. 

For instance, we can use this good example of crisis economy since it have been occurred In western Europe especially Greece, Spain, Portugal and so forth. Luckily it is happened in Malaysia at this time. Just imagine that how many of them did lost the job? The percentage of retrenchment is getting higher. It could be more unemployment will be coming up. For those people are unlucky where being retrenchment by giant in the industry. However, would you think yourself should just stop moving on for the rest of life? Look at yourself in the mirror, tell him/her " I will never give up no matter how difficult situation right now or in near future.


For majority people, money is everything. They believe that having a lot 
of money can bring them to the satisfaction level of which they have dreamed of. That’s how powerful of money. It can control the mind of an individual. Many people because of their obsession to have more money will do anything, even if they have to transfigure people into objects to acquire what they really want. That is why in our economy today, the rich become richer, and the poor become poorer. How sad it is to know that kind of reality.
Indeed, the rest of people seems have various of perception of money. What do you think? I strongly believe the most important how you evaluate the important of money for yourself.

Money is good but loving it makes it bad. We can work hard to earn more money. We can sell our properties and our other belongings to have money in emergencies. Remember, we should work not only for the sick of money but also for the reason of giving. Money is indeed important, but it is not everything.

Positive Respond When We're Facing Tougher Questions


I have observed my colleague's product training presentation this morning. From the beginning until at the end of session, I have rated him overall performance was 6 out 10. The reason was the audience has been posted a very tougher question when almost came to the end of presentation session. Although he had responded in professional ways, perhaps the audience quite dissatified of his answers, I guessed. If I were him during this situation, I will calm down before answering the question. Nevertheless, before that i will study some of tougher questions will be handled during presentation especially the product weaknesses. Anyway, I learned a great lesson today. I should thank him indeed. This lesson was taught me that "Always prepare an umbrella before raining day". Let's ask expert how can be countered a tougher questions in life when the situation was crowded with aundiences. Let's ask our Mr. Expert about this concerns. 

1. Clarify the question first. Customers often ask 2 basic types of questions which are specific questions in features of product against competitor or issues. While others should be more general questions which you will encounter it in every single presentation that you have conducted. At this time, a challenge to the conducter shall be rephrased the questions and ask he/she to repeat the question to further explain  what he meant  before answering. This is to avoid silly mistakes an answer to a question that wasn't even asked. 

2. Show Domain Expert. In this part, when you're confidence with your product, your company and how they compare your products against your competitor, you need not fear even the toughest questions. Frame the beginning of your answer with statement that confirm your credibility like "Based on my experience working with A,B and C companies, they ultimately to compare the product or offer with market competitor. Believe difference organizational has their own matter how to work on it and promote it with difference strength of marketing strategy or I've been asked that many times over the years.

3. Use their industry words. In order to build close relationship with your customers, we require to study their personal profile whenever it is possible. Next, you have to use their words and listen to them. Listen is  better than speak. Never ever use your buzzwords during the Q&A session in presentation. 

4. Demeanor speaks volume. The most powerful response to the most difficult question isn't solely a answer you give. It's also how you say it. Regardless of the question, keep a  calm and confident demeanor. Not only that, Keep a Cheerful Smiles whatever situation you are in. Most of all, do not get defensive. Stay positive. I trust this is critical lesson. "When confronted with by someone who disagree with your opinion, it's okay to disagree without being disagreeable."

5. Prepare yourself. Always prepare yourself for every single moment that business opportunity comes to you. Some customer may not need good answer when they throw tougher question, in other words, they may test your patience on how you have react. Take a deep breathe, you should not too eager to answer or to YES to every question you are asked. Prepare your answers in advance to protect yourself from uncomfortable questions about your products, company, and competitors. 


Success Habits That You Must Develop

Did you think you can successful in one day? I assume all of us do. We are desperate for success no matter in which ways we are, we always think to be successful. Here are few tips to share with you success habits that you must develop.

1. Don't let fear to failure you.
Things are happen like that way, when the thing goes easily and smoothly, it sounds gorgeous. Things, though will also suddenly turn into the worst if it is not well managed. I try to explain that we should not let fear to beat against us when we think the things are worth to do well, "Just Do it", we should perseverance and persistence. This is definitely will make you to be successful regardless how tough of the problem has been occurred.

2. Never-ending Improvement
Some of you maybe concerns which is the best way to find out our strengths and weakness. In reality, you are the right person to understand yourself rather than people understand you. We know our own strengths and weaknesses. We should always with the good habits to improve whatever our weaknesses. People criticism you is the reason maybe they are helping you to grow without any transparency. They give you such value ideas which part should improve without asking for return. Think positively and always accept people addresses your weaknesses.

3. Find a good Guru/Mentor
I can see some of you may not understand what I am trying to highlight here, instead our inner heart has a personal guru's, we can seek a good guru's whom can develop guidance, encouragement and leading us in whatsoever ways to enhance multiple knowledge and learn the ways how to succeed in our life. If you think you are not require a Guru, however why the most successful person always has their own guru's accompany, help, and guidance as good example to achieve successful life. Why not you?

4. Financial education
I observed that every successful people surrounding of us, they are successful because of well financial education. They knew the best way to obtain good education must begin from good habits to understand how the important of financial education is. Hence, they are well managed of their financial how to allocate money wisely. No doubt, this is also must develop when you are keen to be successful person.

Put Yourself Into Other People Shoes

A ex bosses of mine have taught me very good lesson, it could be priceless. "Think of people before think of yourself." What a quote for me on that day lesson. The real thing is you won't expect anything in return after you have put yourself into other people shoes. I have a good team around 11 players working with last time, I was only age 26 years responsible to lead the team to achieve management sales target. I have used all my efforts and time to develop from nothing until achieve result.

You must want to know how should I make use my capable skill to create extraordinary result. Let's me share my small achievement. I initially totally fresh and new when I assigned to become a group of small team without any experiences in real competitive corporation. I used to lead during my studies time but indeed it only can help me for personal skill and nothing extra you can expect. After 3 months later, my result was poor and bad. In other words, I didn't achieve management target.

From day to day, I must know what I have done right instead of thinking what I have done wrong. I was not realized until my boss came to me and have a short meeting session taught me what you need to do now, it's to ensure you must "put yourself into your staff shoes." I guessed initially will be scolded by him but the expectation was wrong. He's willing to guide me out. He's not asking for achieve your sales. He made me almost sweat my body.

After that day, I learned a lesson. I changed to use difference approaches to ensure they have listened and willing to work for me. It's work. I was going with each of them, listen to them and take care of them. However, I did expect nothing. What I want to address here, when you have realised something you never take good care or become good listener, you can go anyway, on the other hand, you also stay behind the track.

What Are The Secret of Success?


First of all, the definition of the word can be very broad. For some people, success is all about money. For others, it is about happiness and doing what they love as well as achieving their goals. There are certain traits or characteristics that you absolutely need in order to make these things happen for YOU. Develop these traits, and you can almost guarantee yourself success down the road!
WHAT ARE THESE TRAITS?
1. Faith. You have to have faith in yourself and that you will be able to accomplish whatever it is that you want to. And you also have to have faith if you want others to get behind you as well.
2. Persistence. Don't give up at the first signs that things may not be working out for you. Many times it will seem that way even when you are on the right track. Keep moving forward towards what you want.
3. Desire. A dream without desire is really nothing more than a wish. And if you do not have the desire to make your dreams become your reality, they probably won't!
Develop these traits and keep working towards the success that you want. It can happen, although it rarely happens overnight. You have to work at it and persist no matter what may happen!
