Burn Out The Fear

Sound pretty strange to you, when you have read this title, aren't you? I notice some of you understand but not everyone of you. I did hear about "Burn out your energy!", "Burn out your strength!" This was what I had have ever hear before. How do we burn out our fear? In my point of view, I do understand that every single of challenges or setbacks, we should not escape away, we should breakthrough, regardless how difficult of the challenges and failure, we need re-bound again.


Take few good examples how do we burn out our fear:

Public speaking - many of us may be not try to speak in front of huge group, we now should find an opportunity to walk up the stage to giving a speech. This is to ensure us to burn out our fear.

Arise your opinion - During any general meeting regardless in corporation, in social meeting and so forth, try to voice out your personal view to impress others where you'll bring a number of valuable inputs to the people who you never ever meet or talk to them. Burn out your fear!

Indicate creative strategy - When you indicate new strategies if possible can be applied to enhance current strategy which it rarely work out. It may caused only 2 option which advantages & disadvantages. It doesn't mean useless. Always think positive when you have brilliant ideas to bring out. Burn out your Fear!

Inspiring Your Workforce


  • Continue Reward Good News & Performance.
  • Show Appreciation by using a token of gift, closing the office earlier at the weekdays/weekends.
  • Relaxing the rules a little to allow everyone to enjoy high profile of event such as Thomas Cup.
    • intention:- simply acknowledging YOUR TEAM'S sacrifice will often be enough.
  • A simple THANK YOU goes a long way to increasing engagement.
  • FEEDBACK is fundamental in everyday for employer-employee relations. 
  • Employee needs to be aware of how they are doing and also what they can do to improve. 
    • intention:- this can be achieved through setting goals together. Have exciting or relevant rewards on offer which are attainable. 
  • For new recruiters, send a welcome packs with the soft benefits to their daily duties and responsibilities. 
  • Smart employers must start motivating them before they are actually starting to be performed. 
  • Treat YOUR TEAM life the grown-ups they are. Teach them how to be work independent and effectively. 
  • Communication is important tool although is an old matter. 
  • Be Honest & Open at all times to raise their responds or stress when facing plenty of rejection daily. 
  • Engagement & Involvement. 
    • intention:- involve everyone by asking for suggestions and help to overcome any obstacles. 

Pay Peanuts, Get Monkey


If you pay peanuts, you will get monkey. On the other way, you pay carrots, you'll get rabbit. Don't you think this is what happen often in our life? There are numbers of articles to explain what is the peanuts mean about, to me, I would be saying can be meant the peanuts such as an efforts instead of monetary. Yes of course, it did many people they often said, "Peanuts is all about the sum of money." It is realistic in the corporate world. The more you pay peanuts, they will be happy to get the monkey. Some might be not agreed.

The fact is to different type of people, they of course have different point of views. I can stressed that if you create a fresh and dynamic ideas and suggestion, you may require to pay peanuts before in the end you will get the monkey. The more efforts you put, the excellent result you will receive. This is so called "this earth never has free-lunch provided unless you build your own efforts."

In work, you are assigned to monitor the whole entire work flow in your current employment as head of department, how would you to embark fresh managerial system to bring up to next level?Don't you believe must pay carrots to get the rabbit to strengthen the whole company work flow system? I can foresee you will pay for it. If you think that you deserve to get the monkey before the end of day, you must work as harder as you can. It is because you expected to get the "WIN-win" situation, you must ensure the feedback is must to change your people minded, thoughts and reaction as well as their supportive attitudes.

It could be tougher but you just think not as hard as you think. It can be happened as long as your people thoughts somethings new able to enhance their value perception, their interpersonal skills and managerial skills, they tend to change their mind instead of criticism, disapproval your manner of great behavior. As the old often saying goes "if you pay peanuts you get monkey, or people who aren’t trained, aren’t professional and just muck around having tea parties all day."

As individually, we desire to change our living standard and decide to make changes, you should always understand well about the quote as old saying. Without the efforts(the peanuts) you put, I can't imagine what the result you will obtain. It's likely you don't know somethings which ever benefit to you, you surely will find more various kind of resources to help you understand the value of this lesson.

Your Image is You



As some expert leader often said, "the first impression only can last within 30 seconds." Don't you agree? I strongly agreed that this statement and hope you either. Successful people in their life always carried a pattern of mutually beneficial interpersonal relationship. And of course, your communication and the image you present creates the first impression - often the lasting impression- the people you meet.


As I has stated in last few articles, "You have 3 minutes to sell me your idea." I believe you definitely have doubt how to make it? What are the effective strategies? Should i plan before my proposal My opinion is no strategy provided. Your image is sells your products and services. Apart from that, the communication is crucial how you deliver to your potential buyer through the professional image and communication. Your first impression can ever lasting to your audience, it's just approximately within 30 seconds. Less than a minute. Hence, the greatest way to sell yourself is the first 3 sentences how you give impact to your listener. Ironically, networking is one of the way to promote yourself through variety of social meeting, group gathering and etc.

With rapid technological growth today, every people always say they are busy. I have no time to listen to you. Some are said, "Im not interested at all." It is common rejection when you are trying to sell your ideas. How does good image can provide huge impacts? Professional appearance is counts. The good image, in fact you are the person who believe in yourself and confidence all the time. As many professional mentor often urged, those are people who want to advance in their career always have to dress to what you want, not eventually current position. Despite that, your professional image will serve you well when promotions, lateral moves, choice assignments and departmental visibility are available. In order to winning in this current competitive edge, I strongly suggest that we should be projecting the best images we can to serve ourself well in the workplace.

Have You Done Your Best?

You have been tried countless times to succeed in your career, what is the status of the outcome in your career paths? It's talk easily though we observe surrounding of our friends can always walk their talk, it's probably none of them. Just recalled back that some failure experiences you have gone through, how countless times have tried until you have stopped? Ten tries, one hundred tries, ten thousand tries or countless times?


It sounds so weird to you, as well as me also. I can called myself is an ambitious person. I always act like entrepreneur from time to time. Being ambitious entrepreneur, I can foresee every setback is a challenge to me. Bad things happen to good people. It is a reason our life is happens upside down. It depends on our thoughts how to look at bad things in different ways.

Some people think if the tasks or any works beyond their responsibility and capacity, they usually end up with failure. They are not even to try how difficult it is. It is totally wrong perception. When we treat the setbacks as our failure, and then you have decided to give up, it confirms you decided to fail.

Please don't get me wrong. I address it is just all about my personal experiences. Success is not measured by how high we go up in life but by how many times we bounce back when we fall down. It is this bounce back ability that determines success.
