Do Less


Nowadays, many people have worked as what they paid for it. Apparently they do not work extra miles. Why nowadays all people change a lot? They will only say one thing, what the employer pays me, I contribute what I have paid for. Give & Take. Do less work. Do less mistakes. This happen often when many of us always think of what the employer can gives us and we don't ever concern what should we contribute to employer. Is it so commonly where happen in your company? Yes, it is. I observed some of my former co-workers in last employment, they never stayed late and leaving sharp after the work time. It doesn't mean they have not finished their work, they are efficient people where all stuffs can be done within a work day.

I stressed in earlier, it's sound likely negative. However, on the other hands, you do less will get some value inputs and ideas. Here is...
  • Do Less Thinking - and pay more attention to your heart.
  • Do Less Acquiring - and pay more attention to what you already have.
  • Do Less Complaining- and pay more attention to giving.
  • Do Less Controlling - and pay more attention to letting go.
  • Do Less Criticizing - and pay more attention to complementing.
  • Do Less Arguing - and pay more attention to forgiveness.
  • Do Less Running Around - and pay more attention to stillness.
  • Do Less Talking - and pay more attention to silence.
I am trying to share with you that do less in what you suppose to do. Those are unnecessarily not encouraged at all. Please bear in mind, your small action will totally affect your evaluation. Do not ever rush. Be calm and stay cool. You can even do less but in terms of you thoughts would

be much difference than the work. I would not focus on the work tasks, I will focus more on your behavior and belief against your negative thoughts. You just pay more attention on what you have, who you are, which is right and where to obtain it. You go ahead beyond your capability, it is not encouraged too. You find nowhere to adopt it. You should learn how to self-control on emotionally and psychical to understand things never ever occur in overnight.

5 Tips for Blogging Your Way To Success


The good things to be blogger are able to diversify your personal ideas neither brilliant or nor, it extremely amazing when you are continuously writing and posting often. I am, indeed posting my blog daily. I can't stop to write. I recalled that day I was created, I was starting to write non-stop is main reasons are to improving my writing skills and develop my interpersonal skills.

Knowledge is a power. I wanted more than that. I know I can succeed in one day, it's my passion to do it. I believe do it right. I sometime feel so happy when someone is saying how can you write so good. I love that entire word, "good". In my mind, I'm keep on saying that I have improvement actually. As mentor often said, "Practise, practise and practise." I should tell you know, writing a blog is not as difficult as you think. I don't mean all things can be perfect because of your passion. Passion, though is a journey to step one forward to reach succeed.

Along the way, I find lots of happiness especially a number of people have been given good comments on my blog. It's really give me huge satisfaction. It's truly awesome on what I am doing now. It's pretty amazing for me. I sometimes also do not believe what I really do it, I just tell myself this,"If you're willing to try, it doesn't matter how tough it is as long as you have try your best ever."

Blog about what your passionate about - I can only say some bloggers are knowledgeable and professional, they are really bravo when they are understand their ideas must share with all over the world. Whether it's right or wrong, let's people to comments their point of views.

Make sure you post frequently - can you believe some professional experts said," Blogging is about happiness." You start with blog whatever you think can make you more happier and satisfaction, I strongly you just go ahead. Also ensure you have a clear ideas on what you're blogging about. Blogs do better when you focus it.

Develop you own uniqueness - Every blogger has their uniqueness especially their thoughts, their behavior. They alert what make people interested to view their blog. Do you know what is your unique? Create special and brilliant topic once in awhile. Change makes difference.

Do research - Find out certain blogs as you can think they are different than others. Instead of creating your own one, your should conduct research often. It brings your lots of great ideas. Never under estimate their blogs. As mentioned in earlier topics, don't do it for money. We must find our interest on what topics can label their attention.

Do more marketing search - The more ideas you have, the more creativity in your mind. Some successful bloggers are selling through their blog, although the profit turnover is slightly lower, the return is where you can't find when you are letting the money works for you.

Burn Out The Fear

Sound pretty strange to you, when you have read this title, aren't you? I notice some of you understand but not everyone of you. I did hear about "Burn out your energy!", "Burn out your strength!" This was what I had have ever hear before. How do we burn out our fear? In my point of view, I do understand that every single of challenges or setbacks, we should not escape away, we should breakthrough, regardless how difficult of the challenges and failure, we need re-bound again.


Take few good examples how do we burn out our fear:

Public speaking - many of us may be not try to speak in front of huge group, we now should find an opportunity to walk up the stage to giving a speech. This is to ensure us to burn out our fear.

Arise your opinion - During any general meeting regardless in corporation, in social meeting and so forth, try to voice out your personal view to impress others where you'll bring a number of valuable inputs to the people who you never ever meet or talk to them. Burn out your fear!

Indicate creative strategy - When you indicate new strategies if possible can be applied to enhance current strategy which it rarely work out. It may caused only 2 option which advantages & disadvantages. It doesn't mean useless. Always think positive when you have brilliant ideas to bring out. Burn out your Fear!

    • intention:- simply acknowledging YOUR TEAM'S sacrifice will often be enough.
  • A simple THANK YOU goes a long way to increasing engagement.
  • FEEDBACK is fundamental in everyday for employer-employee relations. 
  • Employee needs to be aware of how they are doing and also what they can do to improve. 
    • intention:- this can be achieved through setting goals together. Have exciting or relevant rewards on offer which are attainable. 
  • For new recruiters, send a welcome packs with the soft benefits to their daily duties and responsibilities. 
  • Smart employers must start motivating them before they are actually starting to be performed. 
  • Treat YOUR TEAM life the grown-ups they are. Teach them how to be work independent and effectively. 
  • Communication is important tool although is an old matter. 
  • Be Honest & Open at all times to raise their responds or stress when facing plenty of rejection daily.

Pay Peanuts, Get Monkey


If you pay peanuts, you will get monkey. On the other way, you pay carrots, you'll get rabbit. Don't you think this is what happen often in our life? There are numbers of articles to explain what is the peanuts mean about, to me, I would be saying can be meant the peanuts such as an efforts instead of monetary. Yes of course, it did many people they often said, "Peanuts is all about the sum of money." It is realistic in the corporate world. The more you pay peanuts, they will be happy to get the monkey. Some might be not agreed.

The fact is to different type of people, they of course have different point of views. I can stressed that if you create a fresh and dynamic ideas and suggestion, you may require to pay peanuts before in the end you will get the monkey. The more efforts you put, the excellent result you will receive. This is so called "this earth never has free-lunch provided unless you build your own efforts."

In work, you are assigned to monitor the whole entire work flow in your current employment as head of department, how would you to embark fresh managerial system to bring up to next level?Don't you believe must pay carrots to get the rabbit to strengthen the whole company work flow system? I can foresee you will pay for it. If you think that you deserve to get the monkey before the end of day, you must work as harder as you can. It is because you expected to get the "WIN-win" situation, you must ensure the feedback is must to change your people minded, thoughts and reaction as well as their supportive attitudes.

It could be tougher but you just think not as hard as you think. It can be happened as long as your people thoughts somethings new able to enhance their value perception, their interpersonal skills and managerial skills, they tend to change their mind instead of criticism, disapproval your manner of great behavior. As the old often saying goes "if you pay peanuts you get monkey, or people who aren’t trained, aren’t professional and just muck around having tea parties all day."

As individually, we desire to change our living standard and decide to make changes, you should always understand well about the quote as old saying. Without the efforts(the peanuts) you put, I can't imagine what the result you will obtain.
