24/7 Philosophy in Our Life

How does this 24/7 works for you? Have you implemented this philosophy no matter which current position you are in? It's tough to say that everyone of us must adapt to this philosophy, due to certain circumstances of our profiles and backgrounds, we used to work as much as we do. It certainly beyond our control. I do guess some of you may like your job very much rather than the rest are work for salary. They are not even committed to the current responsibility, they usually will be leaving their work sharp at what the corporation business time.

According to my personal observation, my former director has been worked with one large corporation over 37 years where recognized throughout the world . That was his first job and ever last job for him. He never quit his job although he went through a number of challenges. Failure was never stopped him to stretch his best to management. He always aimed as high as he can. He did not look down himself even tough his profiles did not as high as certain top ladders. He also has created a miracles made his department established after assigned by management as head of department. He loves his job where he was willing to work 24/7 , 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. How did he do it? Passion and persistence maybe can refer it for his behavior and characters. He often told me, when you have facing any challenges on your job, do not ever think to quit or give up. You may proven them, they are wrong. You're the best person they are hired for. Plenty of opportunities to get promotion, do not so desperate. Changes are always come after a person whom work really hard and willing to go extra mile to learn something new. Thus so far, I think he also one of my good mentor last time.

Among corporate ladder, you can't really expect something you are confidence to obtain it. It will change their mind from time-to-time. The important is always knows your goals and watch for your success with countless of being failure and 24/7 days learning and experience. Failure is only one stage before you success. You can often figure out what should you do to improve your shortcomings and weaknesses. Stop learning, Stop growing.
