Going Back to Our Fundamentals

Everyone of us maybe expected more than we have planned. It's commonly truth where each of us has different expectation on what we have aimed in earlier. Though, we have thought that shall we going back to our fundamentals of every single achievement that we have done. Our foundations are much important rather than we thoughts that we are smart in certain areas where other people do not possess with this kind of strengths. I still remembered that when I have a goal to improve my communication, I persist and perseverance. Every toughest challenges never ever break me down. I looked at the challenges maybe not as hard as I thoughts. If pretty good if we have challenging, we know where we have done good, which evaluate every single setbacks how to overcome it and maintained the peak performances.

For example, I have been criticism by my ex-respected lecturers during face-to-face conversation. He strongly meant my English should be improved, if not the way where I communicate with him, he got headaches. Pretty upset, right? If you were me, how did you react that time with small group of people where their mind thoughts you're weak. I believed my foundations were weak. I should start with my foundation and fundamentals are important before you end up yourself do not understand how to start. I began with communication, whatever people I have seen, met and I used to communicate with them in English.

A good or poor doesn't pull me down caused I have aimed to be improved and proven them are wrong. It's truly tougher on what the beginning many people did not accept when talked with them in English. I have many choices to polish up my languages, I often met those lecturers are speaking in English, as the result, I met my respected mentor, Mr. Bryan Lo. He did encourage me to speak with him, write to him, and involved in numerous activities to improving my language. At the end, I still received some negative feedback by surrounding people of mine. But I only posses with this attitude, the fundamental is to make more practises until you make perfect.

Furthermore, I have went to corporate stages very fast, even I expected and then the result out of my expectation. But old people often said, "the faster you go up, the faster you will fall down." Due to my fundamentals still not strong enough, I worked beyond my management capabilities. It's really embarrassed me those action and worst behaviors implemented. I knew every fundamental movement is essential to bring yourself next stages. Why I did not realized in earlier stage? it caused me until I have end up by some worst mistakes I had have done. Last but not least, the world is changing rapidly as out of our expectation, though, the fundamentals are essential for us to obtain better achievement, instead of applying the wrong strategy caused us to start with bottom stages again.
