Blaming Not Learning

As leadership expert, an author of Rich Dad & Poor Dad has addressed this statement on the new publishing book, I found very amazing that this is can be considers the best statement for current employees. Among of our colleagues, we always can listen their blaming and pin-point somebody fault although they think they know and done correctly most of time.

I can still remember a few words from one of local speaker stressed that, "when you use your fingers point somebody because of their fault, the real is you have finger point on yourself with 3 fingers." How do your judge someone you ever do not know? I only noticed that there is no wrong or right, but indeed it is only good or bad. I mean here when someone has made mistakes, it also need to view the pictures either they is a good solution to solve or there is maybe some solution can figure out, it doesn't mean the mistakes can't be overcome. Doesn't it sound logic and clearer pictures?

For me, I can see the problems are the challenges to myself. I'll treat it as learning paths. Nobody can teach you the lesson unless you must admit and learn your mistakes and also you must ensure you are not repeat your mistakes again. Never ever blame somebody while you have not learn at all. The best option is learn from their mistakes, regardless whatever mistakes has been made, it is still a cycle of learning for moving forward to have good undertaking in near future.
