They think, They Know

When I highlighted this theme, I can guess everyone of us maybe know something and probably not everything. Are you sure you know something that I even don't know? Perhaps it does.

I had the great lesson last weekend when I was visiting an exhibition about the Home Decoration Fair in famous shopping complex in klang Valley. In that event itself, it also organized a seminar for the public awareness. It was such common to me. The seminar indeed was difference especially they were not only create awareness but they used taught and shared the knowledge to public. It was cost free. Anyone can attend.

For me, it pretty sound weird when only a small group of people was sitting at the beginning, after a moment all visitors were attracted by the speaker whom from one of the recognize property mastery firm in the country. The summary of the seminar was, they have conducted survey that the investor always thinks they know more than what the other investor does not alert and aware, but they still manage having huge lost with a number of properties without large profit margin at the end. Why does it happen? It's totally unrealistic, isn't it? They failure. Failure with using wrong strategies investment. They Think, They Know....
