How to elaborate M.I.S.T.A.K.E.S

Leadership expert Peter Drucker says,"The better a man is, the more mistakes he will make, for the more new things he will try. I would never promote to a top-level job a man who was not making mistakes...otherwise he is sure to be mediocre." Mistakes really do pave the road to achievement.

The well famous leadership expert John Maxwell created an acronym of MISTAKES in perspective. Mistakes are..

Messages that give us feedback about life.
Interruptions that should cause us to reflect and think.
Signposts that direct us to the right path.
Tests that push is toward greater maturity.
Awakenings that keeps us in the game mentally.
Keys that we can use to unlock the next door of opportunity.
Explorations that let us journey where we've never been before.
Statements about our development and progress.

You after read this meaningful explanation, I guess no one is never done the mistakes before. I did a lot of big mistakes last time, I realized that every single mistakes which I did, it should gave me a great lesson to myself and i should realised this is what I should not repeat again. Always keep reminder to myself where i kept a lesson file in my memory in order for me to move forward when I am facing any obstacles in upcoming day. Anyway, I should appreciate all the mistakes which I have done.
