In your mind, and I expect some question from you on what I highlighted what does "fear-free" mean between you and your bosses. I have a question, how does our organization culture encourage of Fear-Free communication between a boss and staffs? Nevertheless, I would strongly encourage the staffs and a boss to create the open-door concept culture to listen their comments and ideas. Thus so far, I also believe that to building good relationship able to develop mutual trust as well ass long term good relationship.
With a clear understanding between you and your boss, you can usually to working together closely to feel comfortable between both of you. Ideally, everyone of us is carrying different type of characters and expectation. Both of them eventually can be more productive and beneficial to the organization.
We, however understand that our language may not be such as good as our bosses. But do you never voice out your ideas, although you believe it going to work out the solution? It's really pity on that matters. You are trying to look down on yourself. I urge you coward would not be respected. Your bosses are expecting new ideas and comment in order to minimize their problems. This is believed will cause the organization is heading towards new long run vision in future.
Through observation from external sources, internal and advance technology may sharpen your knowledge and skills. Do you observe anything works not well especially they have implemented new strategies? Do you rise your comments or any effective solution? With certain issues and blocked, I do alert that it will be definitely stopped you to voice your ideas. Obviously, you can encourage yourself to convey your message by different type of tools, for instance you write with format proposal, writing an email, and so forth. Every ideas are contributing maybe intend to help the organization to reduce cost efficiency and time availability as well as human resources.
