Leadership

What is a leadership to you? Few people I knew are saying a leader who can lead with respect and honest. On the other hand, few people are saying a leader must be also a good manager. Wow, it is really subjective. A leader expert, Roberto kiyosaki said leadership is all about two things: honest & respect. Neither easy to be, that's why there are few good leaders. A leader to me can be describe a person who carried a positive attitude when encountering hard times for instance the exiting group of subordinate had been counter-offered by competitors and they left the place in overnight. What's gonna to do next? Are you willing to give up? Why do so? Are you willing to defeat by such circumstance where your people left in overnight? 

I strongly believe they ARE NOT. When a leader has stepped to top ladder position, would you think they are willing to give up? And of course, I'm yet to that level. Let's put myself into their shoe. An excellent leader will take this challenge to prove all they are wrong. They're wrong because they thought this leader will just left the position and look for better opportunity. If I were him in the past when I was still young, I surely will kick my ownk ass from this company. But I have seen went through number of failure and challenges, I believe will not give up until failure is an event and it is not a person. I trust this leader will have the same thought with me. Let's bring it on, thir more challenges you will encounter, the door of success eventually is welcoming you. Yes or no, not sure yet because this leader must be breakthrough the obstacles that he will be facing. This mean this leader is willing to accept the challenges and willing not give up, so the result at the end of the day, he could not FAIL. This definitely is not a battle where one person fighting in the war, they sure have a group of people still loyal and support him until the things have been changed and it obsolutely changes make a huge difference. This is so called the mind-set. 

Next, a leader to me can says someone is a person who leading a group of people to right way. The right ways mean to achieve short and long terms organization objectives. The way they think of, it is one thing beyond a leader control. Good or bad, right or wrong, it is still depending how they look at the scenario neither positive or negative. Positive mind set often produce a good result, or vice versa. So these group of people spirit can be spirit and soul for the organization. The leader mind set whale to lead them to the better track and better performance without monitoring or supervising frequently. 

As our famous book writer and motivator, Mr. Roberto Kiyosaki says honest and respect. I love the term RESPECT. When a leader recpect everyone in organization, what would be the atmosphere in workplace? I expect a leader as a good example to all of them. They are respecting each in the organization with no training provided. I have seen some good leaders are respect among their people working with them. Not also that, they are respect themselves. If someone is know how to respect themselves, basically they are a good leader.
