Do Not Underestimate People

We certainly have this kind of behavior to underestimate a person. I indeed did and not only once a while, but sometimes more than that. I believe myself have very strong positive thinking, it does not mean you can underestimate person. It's my biggest mistakes which I had. I believe I am not "superman" who can seeing a bigger pictures which ever never nobody knows. I change my this bad behavior when I got a big "bang" on myself.

I after know someone who long time ever no contact me, a fabulous day when I got a call from her, she told me that she has being decided to join a local brand new insurance company in country. She is so excited after I told her this is new company to approach with right time. Just out of curiosity that time, why did she never think of our country insurance purchase is low? I listened many people they say, " As long as I get protected, I have one insurance policy enough for me at this point of time." How brave she is. Perhaps Although my personally have this thought, it doesn't mean everyone of them has same thoughts with me. I shouldn't underestimate a person who keen to work hard to achieve their dreams.

What is the main purpose to join this competitive field? She told me that she wants to earn unlimited income to achieve financial freedom within 3 years. It's really sound inspiring. I love her words. Initially, I have this thoughts, how long does she last in this job? I perhaps look down at her. After a month, she rang me up, she said, "Come and join us. You can see much difference compare than your current job." There was out of my expectation when she told me, my pays cheque after achieving a sales target, she managed to earn RM10,000.00 within a month. What's a big shocked to me!

The summary of this lesson, I wish you can get certain value upon shared a story with you, we cannot evaluate a person or judge them by their covers itself. As leadership expert says, "Never judge the books by its cover." All of us have utter strengths of human spiritual surrounds, we must think out of the box and push beyond our capacity.

Exercise Your Mind

How do you often exercise your mind? Monthly basis, weekly basis or daily basis? Perhaps it is from time to time and even second to second or right now. The reality is we always use to exercise our mind frequently. Eventually, we do not realized that how often our mind is being exercising or practising, but whenever you think is absolutely exercising.

I do agree this statement. We always can utilize our mind and make a habit to exercising our mind. For instance, my rich mentor often says, even though you have your personal comments, on top of that, you also can learn from others with difference perspective and opinion. You're practicing indeed. If you have brilliant ideas where able to make something interesting for everyone generally, you must figure out and use your brain to work out the tools and concepts until achieving your goals.

There are advantages of exercising your mind frequently:

Do you believe the power of words will determine your success? Some experts said,"The power of words is a phenomenon. You can't really escape it in your life, it is basic foundation for everyone to understand what most likely happen when you have came across your failures. It's also not being to say it is nothing to motivate unless with the power of words. You lift up your game. As quoted, "Life is a game in our lives." How do you lifting up your living? It could be a number of ways. But we now are still considering the power of words will determine your success.

Through my personal experience underwent lots of challenges and obstacles, here are some tips may be can helping you to lift up your life with some tidbits of using the power of words.

a. Be alert all the time
What you can do often to create alertness what you have doing daily and understand what the actual direction you want to be reach. Clear direction able to monitor the self-controlling on the self talk in your inner heart.

b. Absorb all good things in your life
Choose the good things, talking with good people, learning from some expertise, willing to go an extra miles to rise up your life. As you can being practise daily, wherever you are thinking, it will appears all the good things in your mind instead of the negative thoughts. Always keep their positive words as learning lesson. You can project yourself how to stretch your best to obtain successful life. I don't mean successful life must be millionaire of dollar you have, it's all about your perspective in your life. Self talk for instance "If you believe you can, you can."

   c. Create your own book of failures

We usually do not put down our failures experiences in writing. Do encourage yourself to state down all the most toughest things have learned, some bad experience on hat you have encountered. Do ensure you are writing down some powerful of quotes how to motivate and inspire to bounce back when the things are smoother happen again. It will definitely caused you to aware the mistakes you have done before. Don't ever look backward. Always recall and review the positive inputs what you have experienced. You can choose to concentrate on the solution not the problems.

Encourage "Fear - Free" Communication Between You & Bosses

In your mind, and I expect some question from you on what I highlighted what does "fear-free" mean between you and your bosses. I have a question, how does our organization culture encourage of Fear-Free communication between a boss and staffs? Nevertheless, I would strongly encourage the staffs and a boss to create the open-door concept culture to listen their comments and ideas. Thus so far, I also believe that to building good relationship able to develop mutual trust as well ass long term good relationship. 

With a clear understanding between you and your boss, you can usually to working together closely to feel comfortable between both of you. Ideally, everyone of us is carrying different type of characters and expectation. Both of them eventually can be more productive and beneficial to the organization.

We, however understand that our language may not be such as good as our bosses. But do you never voice out your ideas, although you believe it going to work out the solution? It's really pity on that matters. You are trying to look down on yourself. I urge you coward would not be respected. Your bosses are expecting new ideas and comment in order to minimize their problems. This is believed will cause the organization is heading towards new long run vision in future.

Through observation from external sources, internal and advance technology may sharpen your knowledge and skills. Do you observe anything works not well especially they have implemented new strategies? Do you rise your comments or any effective solution? With certain issues and blocked, I do alert that it will be definitely stopped you to voice your ideas. Obviously, you can encourage yourself to convey your message by different type of tools, for instance you write with format proposal, writing an email, and so forth. Every ideas are contributing maybe intend to help the organization to reduce cost efficiency and time availability as well as human resources.

As my mentor often said, "That is nowhere you can practice to sharpen your communication skills. It's only one way - Practice!" Do you agree with me? Some of you may think that the way to polish and sharpen your communication skills can be learn from professional speaking community's such as toastmater, public speaking and so forth. Nowadays, you can simply to search online when you are needed this sources to improve your communication. A best friend of mine, she has been joining one of the toastmaster group almost a year. She last time was not speak well especially in English. One day I met her, she managed to speak very well. What does it mean? It's confirm proven result. She didn't realize, I indeed told her that how amazing you able to speak so well. I praised her. She felt excited.

It's truth, practice makes perfect. For many people, they thoughts they can speak well and good but this could be making excuses to improve themselves. In order to survive in this competitive edges today, communication skills is a must. We must ensure we are competitive and differentiate than others. We may not required to speak like professional, likelihood we can speak confidence and clearly. This is the way to sell yourself in the business world.

There are only few words to address here in order to improve your writing skills, "keep on writing, Beat the fear of criticism and rejection. Nobody ever can stopped me." I strongly believe many of us have brilliant ideas , value information, greatest learning lesson, inspiring stories and number of articles yet to be awakened.

If anyone does said your writing is poor, i will strongly urged you should not stop writing. Either they are good writer nor not, you should appreciate their value comments. One of the best lesson in the earth, there is some are giving priceless comments. I used to be poor writer before, shall i quit? I did not. I know to breakthrough the block of fear, the best key improving ways is to accept your shortcomings and start to change. Changes will be make us difference.

Some expert leader said," treat it as one of life's most generous gifts." I initially did not understand what actual highlighted by the leader. When I keep on writing, I certainly feel very enjoying in writing, I also noticed the more you write, the more information will come out from your brain, and of course it never ever stopped. You can't really stopped whatever some information appear inside your brain. Some are said, "It's all about intuition!" Obviously, we are ordinary person but in our thoughts can be difference with others. We're not require to be Bill Gates or Thomas Edison the ways of their thoughts.

1. Dare to write
Don't get me wrong, I mean you should start to write those stories, information, whatever in your mind. You may understand there is no wrong or right for those are information put in writing.

2. Always get comment on what you have written.
Find someone to give you constructive, yet positive, feedback on your writing. Positive reinforcement is always the best cure for fear of rejection. Steer clear of harsh criticism at this stage. Practise always makes perfect. If you do not practise well, you may act like go for war without any well preparation. Start hard, get live easily later.

3. Join a group or association
The best way to improve is to learn from others. People in assoication can be consider friendly and helpful. They can sharpen your writing as well as communication. Hence, they usually will provide you lots of resources and tools, competition writing and much more. They are also a person who never stop learning.

4. Do read more
Reading articles or any resources can improve our writing, one of efficient way to read books. Try to build dood habit in reading, read as much as you can. We should not care what books you specifically based on your interest. Some authors are educated and well trained in writing, they are sharing their ideas, their interest, knowledge which converted into writing a book.

Everyone can make a difference. But Change doesn't happen overnight!

Change can be make you difference. Do you believe or not? How many of you always change when you are thinking it is my time to change before we are stepping on the same feet itself. We always dislike people to criticism us, look down on us and so forth. We have self-esteem. I am that kind of person who always love people to criticism , I used to hate it but love it every time they are encouraging me to change. Change doesn't happen overnight. I understood so well. Those change takes time.

When you are able to change, you can see the greatest differences which you have. Furthermore, you may not be realized after you have bravely done something new. For instance, I have been seen on of friend, she rarely to dealing with other stranger whom she doesn't know. She could be considers stay alive with alone herself. She never ever to mingle with big group of people such as social function, ballroom night and etc. However, there was a day I met her, you are not even recognized who she is, it's basically the impression has been changed from the day when I knew her. It's was only 2 years ago. She is quiet outstanding in terms of the entire dressing, good communication and on top of that character is talkative and humorous. She's changed. Totally out of my mind, I guessed.

The difference between my rich & poor mentor is where they have illustrate different meaning of pursuing our dreams. My rich mentor often says, "Just go ahead, if you think it is right, why you have so much concerns." On the other hand, my poor mentor will says," Little boy, you must understand the risk of pursing dreams is not consider as easy as you think, you have to think deeply, twice before you have to take action."

According to difference perspectives, they both have difference matters of pursing our dreams. If you think the dream is important to you, you must dare to pursue your dreams. If you let people take away your dreams, your life doesn't meaning anything to you. Because of fear and failure, they are always the setback for us to blocked our dreams. Don't ever let the setback turn into failure to you. I think when there is an opportunity comes to you, either you don't see it and let it go, at the of the day, you realized that the dreams has been blow over into the sky!

Additionally, my rich mentor often says, you should become an entrepreneur in order to achieve your millionaire dreams. There is no free lunch in the earth. Every footsteps you must think a step in advance rather than moving the same footstep as everyone around is doing the same. When you work with people, you're trying very hard to save as much as you can. You maybe living under your means. Struggling living, earning hard, and life neutral. I asked my rich mentor, what should I do to pursue my dreams and achieving living with above my means. He told me clearly, you must learn how to sell. Sell maybe is a vulgar words. I guess "sell" could be no one like the words. No everyone can sell with good result.

You believe your thoughts, your should dare to achieve your dreams no matter how difficult is! You can earn your respect, praise and never ever give up.

Focus On Solution, Not The Problem

I had encountered very bad situation before, it caused me wanted to give up in my life. However, at that time I only focused on what have done wrongly and do not concentrate on the solutions. When the problem is happened, it meant that was happened, nowhere to improve unless we should think of the solution. I would strongly to advice if you meet some setbacks , refusing to give up and also we should ensure think-out-of-box on what best solution we can implementing where it may be your best strategy.
 
And of course, we often are facing a number of problem in one day, basically it is common and give you more challenges. Many people look at the problem negatively, they will consider problem always break their emotional down, giving up and never ever absorb what actual problem happens to them. Some people will think the only way we can overcome the problem is to pray with our inner heart in order to overcome all the problems. If I were you, I do not do that at first. The reality is the bigger problem your have, the bigger lesson in your life, try do not ever escape the problem before it solved. We should become problem solving instead of become a coward.

I usually do not trust the problem can not be overcome, it's matter of thoughts in our mind. Thus , I used to solve difference type of problems happened to me, shall I giving up? I don't indeed. I knew I could prove them wrong by giving stubborn, being tenacious , and giving in or giving up. I will definitely become a stronger person very quickly during the time. I should bounce up and somethings are more important rather than this problems.

You after read this meaningful explanation, I guess no one is never done the mistakes before. I did a lot of big mistakes last time, I realized that every single mistakes which I did, it should gave me a great lesson to myself and i should realised this is what I should not repeat again. Always keep reminder to myself where i kept a lesson file in my memory in order for me to move forward when I am facing any obstacles in upcoming day. Anyway, I should appreciate all the mistakes which I have done.

How to be special & unique? I should do something different as where others don't do it. The moment when I have decided to write this blog, I always ask myself such ways, "What are the purposes of writing this blog?", "Why to do it so?" It is non-profit and wasting your time. Old saying goes, time is precious. Aren't you serious utilize your capacity to maximum your capability? I believe you have hear this quote often, think out of the box. Don't ever limit yourself. The sky is limit.  
Here some are the technique I incorporate to allow me generate brilliant ideas. 

1. Think of yourself
Always think differently wherever you are in. Feel free to come out with your own conclusion about ideas, process, strategy, achieve the best in the world. Let's the people value of your present. This is when you are ready to be done it differently. Always visualize yourself at the top. 

2. Questions Everything
Sometime I ask myself how to become the top in recent position? How am i do it uniquely?Other people don't willing to do it, can't i? For instance, a good example of when you are taking with 2 years boy, is he often ask why? why?why like that? why? Get the picture. It surely out of their curiosity, that's why they are continuing ask some questions. Ask why something is done in a specific way with brilliant plans. Always plan in advance and go extra mile. 

3. Everything is a part of solution to something
Am you believe that when yourself given excuses I can't complete it in short period of time? Actual facts is you are not willing to do it. An out of the box thinker, however, sees pieces to different puzzles. When one thing is could not work, how about 2nd try? Failed again, how about 3rd hit? Failed again. Try to think 10 different ways to obtain better result. Don't break the blocks with similar tools, try others to break through it. One thing must remember, Don't be discouraged if you can't think of ten for each. The simple facts that you try is the entire purpose for the exercise. "You do it or you don't, you are always right.

Ordinary People Meets Extraordinary People

In your mind, you'll think that how to evaluate between ordinary people with extraordinary people. Don't get me wrong, I just give one good example. The ordinary people who usually are neutral person, no high expectation in their current living, always thoughts setback is their failure, never ever discover the risk, and the most important that they are work for living. At the end of the day, they make sure their pay check is credited to cover all expenses. On the other hand, an extraordinary people who considers dare to take high risk to discover something they think it is worth, to show someone must value their present, treat failure as their great motivator, expect more than they have now, and always searching for golden opportunities to be successful person. I believe that the explanation will be giving more bigger pictures.

I don't mean that the extraordinary people should be either richest person or the millionaire and billionaires. I am trying to stress that their thoughts maybe one step ahead, old saying goes "Prepare an umbrella before raining day"where the ordinary is having neutral thoughts. Thus so far, what are the different between ordinary and extraordinary people? An ordinary people can say they have a great ordinary dad, they learn from their dad through traditionally financial education and perspective of career paths. Ordinary dad advises their children during their school time must study hard when graduated must be get one stable job. He does not encourages to discover for start off the business. Extraordinary dad often said, during school time, they taught you with basic and general education, you must always think out of the box. Setback is not failure, you must make more mistakes to learn the lesson until you can be succeed. Never giving up when you had yet only encountered a few times of failure. Impossible means " I'M POSSIBLE.", rich tycoon quoted. 

Set The Bar High - Make People "Ooh" & "Aah"

Could be sounds very familiar to you? I read a brief intro on the Donald trump books, "The trump 101, ways for success..", I deeply love this book very much. Can you just imagine that a guy who read this book in bookstore for whole entire great afternoon, hence he's not even put down this book until finished it. That was Me! How gorgeous of the content to implicate the 101 ways of success in our live. The statement above only one of the topic in the book to stress that we are must set the goal high, we should expect more than we aim for it. We can make people "ooh" &"aah", it's incredible and amazing contents inside to highlight the belief of successful entrepreneur to create miracles when he thinks his has own dreams. Let's makes something never ever happened.

Focus yourself on what you should thinking now. If you are thinking something your interest and enjoy, you are on right track for success. I would consider when we are doing something with our own interest, I firmly to say we are happy on what we are doing. Every people may not be understand the rules of life that we should achieve our living on what we are enjoy to do it instead we do it because of we do it. As leadership expert said, don't even pursue a career that others suggest or insist in right for you. At the end of the day, we achieve nothing worth for living. You should set your bars high...let's create unbelievable action against your negative thoughts.

Failure Is Not An Option

Many of us had thought that when we are doing one thing without putting their effort to achieve excellent results, aren't you? Most of us are believed this world never have free lunch. Why is this happen to them? They choose failure is an option. They have plenty of excuses to face the reality and without taking action to do it well, or else it shall be as what they thought in mind.  As I shared with some great articles in the past, I had been trying to stress that winners never ever quit and of course in reserve a quitters never win. Either the statement is right or wrong, or you choose you can't, you deserve to choose. You're right.

"Failure is not an option." Today post is most likely is taking about why majority of people choose failure is an option. It is all about a belief in their mind. They lack of confidence to adapt something changes in their lives. They are living in the comfort zone. Apart from that, they use to change nothing when they are also alerted that the economy is booming and fast-forward development all over in the country. They are likely act as conservative minded. When they were young, they have been told by their beloved parent to follow as what they done was correct. The different education background could be affected their behavior and thoughts. As leadership expert, Robert Kiyosaki often said, "If you follow your poor perspectives, they often tell you, you must focused your academic literacy, after that you get the good job. However, he said the rich often said, apart from academic focused, you must learn how to manage your financial. Let's the money works for you instead of you work for money." As you can see, they are having different thoughts. I should tell you now, our thoughts shape in our lives.

What you are doing, the power of our thoughts may never be measured or appreciated, but it became obvious to me as a young boy that there was value and power in being aware of my thoughts and how I expressed myself. I also noticed that in order to success you should understand on what you're interested to do, and do it now. Don't do it for money. It will strongly caused you destroy what you are dream for, your goals which you ever achieved if your don pursue it. Now we should know how to adopt something new without giving a statement to say, "failure is my option. I choose to failure." Never, never, never give up - Donald Trump as said. We should think big, dream big to ensure we are living in wealthy and healthy on our personal financially.

Money Is Not That Important

If you tell me that the money is not important, something is more valuable. Could you give a good example what you are trying to tell us? Certainly, I should respect you all different point of view. The money is not that important but it is something you need it for everything in your daily life. You just imagine that you are walking down the street, something is caught your attention and you want to buy it. If you have no money, don't you think you afford or able to buy it. No money, you can't visualized when you'll achieve your dreams one day. 

For instance, we can use this good example of crisis economy since it have been occurred In western Europe especially Greece, Spain, Portugal and so forth. Luckily it is happened in Malaysia at this time. Just imagine that how many of them did lost the job? The percentage of retrenchment is getting higher. It could be more unemployment will be coming up. For those people are unlucky where being retrenchment by giant in the industry. However, would you think yourself should just stop moving on for the rest of life? Look at yourself in the mirror, tell him/her " I will never give up no matter how difficult situation right now or in near future.

For majority people, money is everything. They believe that having a lot 

of money can bring them to the satisfaction level of which they have dreamed of. That’s how powerful of money. It can control the mind of an individual. Many people because of their obsession to have more money will do anything, even if they have to transfigure people into objects to acquire what they really want. That is why in our economy today, the rich become richer, and the poor become poorer. How sad it is to know that kind of reality.

Indeed, the rest of people seems have various of perception of money. What do you think? I strongly believe the most important how you evaluate the important of money for yourself.

Money is good but loving it makes it bad. We can work hard to earn more money. We can sell our properties and our other belongings to have money in emergencies. Remember, we should work not only for the sick of money but also for the reason of giving. Money is indeed important, but it is not everything.

Positive Respond When We're Facing Tougher Questions

I have observed my colleague's product training presentation this morning. From the beginning until at the end of session, I have rated him overall performance was 6 out 10. The reason was the audience has been posted a very tougher question when almost came to the end of presentation session. Although he had responded in professional ways, perhaps the audience quite dissatified of his answers, I guessed. If I were him during this situation, I will calm down before answering the question. Nevertheless, before that i will study some of tougher questions will be handled during presentation especially the product weaknesses. Anyway, I learned a great lesson today. I should thank him indeed. This lesson was taught me that "Always prepare an umbrella before raining day". Some customer may not need good answer when they throw tougher question, in other words, they may test your patience on how you have react. Take a deep breathe, you should not too eager to answer or to YES to every question you are asked. Prepare your answers in advance to protect yourself from uncomfortable questions about your products, company, and competitors.

1. Don't let fear to failure you.
Things are happen like that way, when the thing goes easily and smoothly, it sounds gorgeous. Things, though will also suddenly turn into the worst if it is not well managed. I try to explain that we should not let fear to beat against us when we think the things are worth to do well, "Just Do it", we should perseverance and persistence. This is definitely will make you to be successful regardless how tough of the problem has been occurred.

2. Never-ending Improvement
Some of you maybe concerns which is the best way to find out our strengths and weakness. In reality, you are the right person to understand yourself rather than people understand you. We know our own strengths and weaknesses. We should always with the good habits to improve whatever our weaknesses. People criticism you is the reason maybe they are helping you to grow without any transparency. They give you such value ideas which part should improve without asking for return. Think positively and always accept people addresses your weaknesses.

3. Find a good Guru/Mentor
I can see some of you may not understand what I am trying to highlight here, instead our inner heart has a personal guru's, we can seek a good guru's whom can develop guidance, encouragement and leading us in whatsoever ways to enhance multiple knowledge and learn the ways how to succeed in our life. If you think you are not require a Guru, however why the most successful person always has their own guru's accompany, help, and guidance as good example to achieve successful life. Why not you?

I observed that every successful people surrounding of us, they are successful because of well financial education. They knew the best way to obtain good education must begin from good habits to understand how the important of financial education is. Hence, they are well managed of their financial how to allocate money wisely. No doubt, this is also must develop when you are keen to be successful person.

Put Yourself Into Other People Shoes

A ex bosses of mine have taught me very good lesson, it could be priceless. "Think of people before think of yourself." What a quote for me on that day lesson. The real thing is you won't expect anything in return after you have put yourself into other people shoes. I have a good team around 11 players working with last time, I was only age 26 years responsible to lead the team to achieve management sales target. I have used all my efforts and time to develop from nothing until achieve result.

You must want to know how should I make use my capable skill to create extraordinary result. Let's me share my small achievement. I initially totally fresh and new when I assigned to become a group of small team without any experiences in real competitive corporation. I used to lead during my studies time but indeed it only can help me for personal skill and nothing extra you can expect. After 3 months later, my result was poor and bad. In other words, I didn't achieve management target.

From day to day, I must know what I have done right instead of thinking what I have done wrong. I was not realized until my boss came to me and have a short meeting session taught me what you need to do now, it's to ensure you must "put yourself into your staff shoes." I guessed initially will be scolded by him but the expectation was wrong. He's willing to guide me out. He's not asking for achieve your sales. He made me almost sweat my body.

After that day, I learned a lesson. I changed to use difference approaches to ensure they have listened and willing to work for me. It's work. I was going with each of them, listen to them and take care of them. However, I did expect nothing. What I want to address here, when you have realised something you never take good care or become good listener, you can go anyway, on the other hand, you also stay behind the track.

What Are The Secret of Success?

First of all, the definition of the word can be very broad. For some people, success is all about money. For others, it is about happiness and doing what they love as well as achieving their goals. There are certain traits or characteristics that you absolutely need in order to make these things happen for YOU. Develop these traits, and you can almost guarantee yourself success down the road!
WHAT ARE THESE TRAITS?
1. Faith. You have to have faith in yourself and that you will be able to accomplish whatever it is that you want to. And you also have to have faith if you want others to get behind you as well.
2. Persistence. Don't give up at the first signs that things may not be working out for you. Many times it will seem that way even when you are on the right track. Keep moving forward towards what you want.
3. Desire. A dream without desire is really nothing more than a wish. And if you do not have the desire to make your dreams become your reality, they probably won't!
Develop these traits and keep working towards the success that you want. It can happen, although it rarely happens overnight. You have to work at it and persist no matter what may happen!

New Year, New Life, New Challenges in 2013.

What is your new year wish and resolution in 2013? I have no idea whether it is good or bad about the change, however it is time to be change for new life and new challenges in 2013. Why some people have fear to change? I have met my ex-boss today, I have felt his thought are firm and confidence. The way he's talking indirectly providing you valuable information how to be better person in life where to maintain at no pressure, no further commitment in life. I felt made a right decision at this time. I knew myself is ready for new challenge. You may go through in  tough time although I will be facing numbers of obstacles in my next career path. I only know that when there is an opportunity is open the door for you, but you refused to change, so you will not become someone will achieve a wealth life in your dream. Wait & see attitude can stop you to move forward because the atmosphere is too comfort for you. 

Honestly, he was my personal guru for my 1st job after graduate from university. I did not tell him about this, I hope he really can feel it. I have recalled what he had taught me in the past, the lesson was " Don't ever think too much, Just Do it." When times come, you'll know how powerful is. Was it work for me? I have just applied to what i will be going to do next. Yes, it is worked for me. How to break the fear when you wanna to change? I believe it is the way how you think of with positive mental and mind-set. As I said above, "Don't ever think too much, Just Do it." Are you a god whom can see what is the next happen to you? No, it is not at all. So, how you can strive for the best at this time? I have shared my fear with my wife indeed. But the things can't change overnight until you are putting yourself in the position and view carefully where you do realize that the actual circumstances whether are what you thought of.  So, again "Don't think too much, Just Do it." I have to accept what is the next for new task, because I am not willing to give up until I have promised myself and my wife, I must change & I must work harder to achieve better living for my family. If i give up right now, who would be the most disappointed? It is ME. I disappointed myself. The biggest enemy in our life is You. You are the one stops to move on. 

Do you ever tell yourself I will let go when one thing is consider good opportunity? The 100% answer is NO. Whatever there are bad rumors outside about the opportunity, I believe when you stand it, accept it, take it as new challenges, the wall you may break through it to achieve better person behind the wall. 

A Strongers Do Survive, A Cowards DO NOT!

I posted my comment to my mentor blog for this month new topic. It's pretty awesome. I believe some of you might heard this statement but some of you might not. The fantastic topic calls, "366 days marketing" which more related current competitive edges on what the company to fight and beat against their competitors. What he is trying to address here, the company's do survive with marketing-daily instead of marketing-oriented. You must work extra one more day to win the battle. Not only works in 365 days, you must work more than that until you are the winner's in the battle. A strongers do survive, however a cowards only end up with the loser.

As Henry Ford often said, "whether you choose to do it, or you choose not, you're always right."The meaning here is whatever you do and you are not, we are not going to evaluate you're wrong. Remember this, "You're always right for what being reasons too." You determine which one is right and which one is not. More so, if you think you have numbers of great, creative and unique ideas to start off the new businesses all over the world, you can though to convince the people to start venture in your new business. You choose not to sell your ideas, it may cause someone does stole you ideas, you can choose to wait at the right time. Yes, you deserve it. Nobody able to take away your unique ideas.

With strong marketing ideas, a strong marketers would be not miss the business opportunities to penetrate it even faster than ever. They used to understand the Confucius said "A journey of 1,000 miles must begin with a single move." If you think the idea is extremely works, persist it and makes your dream comes true. If you determine your fate. To be successful entrepreneur, you must carry with such behavior, Do Dare To Try whatever a gold opportunity is right in front of you. Success is never ever comes to you. You must perseverance, you must persist it. Do realise all the dreams what we have now, we can't make it happen in overnight. Do begin you single step to achieve your gaols. "A Strongers Do Survive, A Cowards DO NOT!" And of course, when you are stepping your ever first step, those toxic people always discourage you to begin your first step. You usually will rise numerous obstacles to make your afraid, scare being coward, you must stay away from them. Please do not mingle all this kind of bad-influencers and cowards.

You Actualy thinkYou Can't, Indeed You Can!

You must always thought you can't do it. I do believe to those successful entrepreneurs who always taking high risk to discover certain those things where they think it possible can be happens, though, it must go through billion of tougher stages to obtain the result in which they have plant off. It's definitely simple implement when in fact the reality they have to breakthrough the challenges. Life's full of obstacles.

Let's go through a very good example in my life. I have attended a fabulous and memorable wedding with my brother's wedding lunch years ago.I guessed my sister-in-law and him finally have been officially staying together towards their new life in living. They actually have been gathered closed to 10 years. They seen knew each other during studies in university. Both are actively in joining all kind of activities, they have strong networking as well, no doubt. One things was surprised that their characteristic are the same, why I said so?  They have arguments umpteen times, I have doubt on this 2 person in one day whether they can stayed together after they have married. The answer is YES! The old people often say the more argument they have, the hardest they will separate again. This mean they are understanding each other too well.

I thoughts initially they can't stick each other. You believe it or not, their arguments end up to know each other better and understanding, ever tough end up sometimes they are unhappy each other, but the most funny and importantly, they rarely blame each others. They're awesome couple where I have never been seen. Arguments turn to happiness. They make it finally. It was just fabulous memorable in their new life's. don't always judge the book by its cover.

Don't always determine things in which can't do it, indeed I think if possible that you do more better than you and me if any chances coming across into their lives. What I can look at every challenges in my life, I have 2 words for myself. It's possible. It's possible for eveything no matter how constraint of the case in your hands now, it basically the opportunities or solutions are right behind the problems, even tough you may realized it, most importantly you must view every problems positively, positive thoughts for your challenges, it can giving you more spiritual and inspiring in your next undertaking, this times you failure, it doesn't seem shall be failure next time. I honestly to tell you right now, all influences are effected by you THOUGHTS! If your thoughts are constantly positively, your next other point of views are monitor by yourself. You may lead the ways. No one can replace you or else vice verse.

Leadership

What is a leadership to you? Few people I knew are saying a leader who can lead with respect and honest. On the other hand, few people are saying a leader must be also a good manager. Wow, it is really subjective. A leader expert, Roberto kiyosaki said leadership is all about two things: honest & respect. Neither easy to be, that's why there are few good leaders. A leader to me can be describe a person who carried a positive attitude when encountering hard times for instance the exiting group of subordinate had been counter-offered by competitors and they left the place in overnight. What's gonna to do next? Are you willing to give up? Why do so? Are you willing to defeat by such circumstance where your people left in overnight? 

I strongly believe they ARE NOT. When a leader has stepped to top ladder position, would you think they are willing to give up? And of course, I'm yet to that level. Let's put myself into their shoe. An excellent leader will take this challenge to prove all they are wrong. They're wrong because they thought this leader will just left the position and look for better opportunity. If I were him in the past when I was still young, I surely will kick my ownk ass from this company. But I have seen went through number of failure and challenges, I believe will not give up until failure is an event and it is not a person. I trust this leader will have the same thought with me. Let's bring it on, thir more challenges you will encounter, the door of success eventually is welcoming you. Yes or no, not sure yet because this leader must be breakthrough the obstacles that he will be facing. This mean this leader is willing to accept the challenges and willing not give up, so the result at the end of the day, he could not FAIL. This definitely is not a battle where one person fighting in the war, they sure have a group of people still loyal and support him until the things have been changed and it obsolutely changes make a huge difference. This is so called the mind-set. 

Next, a leader to me can says someone is a person who leading a group of people to right way. The right ways mean to achieve short and long terms organization objectives. The way they think of, it is one thing beyond a leader control. Good or bad, right or wrong, it is still depending how they look at the scenario neither positive or negative. Positive mind set often produce a good result, or vice versa. So these group of people spirit can be spirit and soul for the organization. The leader mind set whale to lead them to the better track and better performance without monitoring or supervising frequently. 

As our famous book writer and motivator, Mr. Roberto Kiyosaki says honest and respect. I love the term RESPECT. When a leader recpect everyone in organization, what would be the atmosphere in workplace? I expect a leader as a good example to all of them. They are respecting each in the organization with no training provided. I have seen some good leaders are respect among their people working with them. Not also that, they are respect themselves. If someone is know how to respect themselves, basically they are a good leader.
